Unfriendly front desk staff, the room smelled of mildew, peeling paint throughout the room, especially the bathroom area, mirror damaged with spots on it, loud outside with people talking.

Location, very quiet.

Both staff I dealt with were rude. When I checked out earlier than the date I was to checked out, the staff was like “you know check out is at 1200 right” with a big smirk on her face and I said, “yes, but today is the 9th, I paid until the 12th”. She didn’t even bother to ask why.

Didn't have the breakfast

It was clean but it had a strong bad odor. Had to use air spray. Carpet was wet in front of air conditioner. Probably where the odor came from

Everything was great.

The parking lot on the back side needs to be able to let water run off of it. It rained the whole 2 1/2 days I was there, and I had to park and walk through water puddles.

Breakfast was non existent. Horrible

Stale cereal- open gallon of milk, stale English muffins,etc.

The staff was nice and helpful. The lady that cleaned our room was super. She checked on us, made sure we had what we needed, and kept the place very clean. Rooms are cutely decorated but are starting to get run down.

They say they offer hot breakfast but it was far below standard for saying that. Putting a box of cornflakes on the table, no butter for the frozen toater waffles, muffins, and processed eggs out does not qualify. Then, if you got down there after 7 am, it was pretty much gone. It was sad.

Location They were willing and able to switch rooms.

Our family had a total of 4 rooms and 2 of the initial rooms smelled awful. Switched that 1. Avoided the other as much as possible. Staff not at counter most of the time. Coffee was empty for a long time. Breakfast was a poor excuse. Everything was cold. No juice. Rooms were not in great shape. Limited places to plug things in because extension cords were needed to reach most of them... which were not available.
