I got a phone call from the staff at 1 am asking me about my reservation ….. I had checked in at 11am the previous day, then when checking out we found out the room we were assigned was never put in the system, very disorganized and very disturbing to get woken up at 1 am with a toddler

Solid, definitely would stay again.

Breakfast was good! Room was sufficient, AC was cold. Surprised to see a bathtub in the bathroom.

We were just driving throughout and served its purpose very nicely

The staff was extra friendly and nice.

Everything. Except = I looked before we left to see if there was a pool. I did not find any information about that. So I did not pack a suit. The pool was very nice and I was disappointed.

Exceptional

Our entire stay was wonderful. We were always kindly greeted as we re-entered from outings. Any questions we asked were answered with genuine kindness, we never felt like we were bothering anyone. The woman who does the breakfast in the mornings was so wonderful when I asked for something special due to dietary restrictions. What a great crew! Thank you for a great stay.

We are already looking forward to our stay here for next Honda day weekend!

Amanda the breakfast attendant was amazing and worked fast when something was out it made my son super happy he had thought he missed breakfast! The staff checking us in and out were great I would highly recommend them. The male staff person who worked behind the desk I forget his name just he use to be an emt he said he was super great!

General manager, receptionists and breakfast room staff were great -- friendly, outgoing, helpful Location was very convenient for family visit

Condition of our room -- beds hastily made, lampshade askew and very dusty, dirty microwave interior, and no hand towel bar in bathroom

Breakfast, especially the omelets and banana bread

Indoor pool, BUT the pool room was freezing! Bed linen was not clean (got new bedding and changed both beds) and a couple of other things.
