Nothing went well

Went to check in, front desk staff were in corner of parking lot smoking weed. I went to the front door phone and tried to check in, was told I couldn’t due to night audit. Refused to help me, either to check in or to get a refund. Was told I had to call a 3rd party, when I called the 3rd party I was told that the property had to process the refund.

Size of room

Shower/bathtub didn’t work. Wanted credit card number for WiFi when trying to connect. Upstairs when I needed downstairs for ADA reasons.

In N Out was close by.

I didn't like the place. Looks like people live here instead of passing through ( travelers). Staff in the evening was not friendly or informative.

Location

Tons of flies in the room.

Shower was clogged with pubic hair everywhere. Went to brush my teeth, bathroom sink Only drips So tired was going to go to bed dirty. Pull back the bedding to see fresh blood And a huge hole in the mattress.

Really liked the small kitchen set up

TV signal wasn't very strong...kept going in and out

breakfast was horrible, dried oatmeal to be put in water and stale muffins. The advertised breakfast and what I got was disapointing

Staff was very friendly, especially Dena. Pretty quiet, pet friendly

The shower had a lot of long black hair in it, and the cable was constantly out or flickering. The floors were absolutely disgusting. If you walked around barefoot, your feet turned black, old trash under the bed
