The team that took care of us was fantastic. They were very informative. The apartment was so spacious and unique. The poolside magic jamming was inspirational. Great people, great location, and a great time.
My wife and I were dropped off at the bottom of the hill by a bus. We had to walk through a fairly dangerous area in order to get to the hotel. Unfortunately we had our luggage with us. Needless to say we took an Uber back to Vegas.

A great location for those interested in Hollywood, for a first time visit to LA (for anything else, expect to be stuck in LA traffic, but that's true for any location).
Great service, laundry, swimming pool, lots of freebies, nice breakfast.
All the beds (not just the sofa bed) were quite uncomfortable.

Everything. Location. Customer Service was excellent. Free snacks drinks and ice cream. pool open 24 hours.This will be our new place stay when we go Hollywood Bowl. Only 20 minute walk. Can’t wait to come back. 😎

The location was great, very close to Hollywood walk of fame but tucked away nicely from the busy centre of Hollywood.
Our children loved the pool and it was great to have a balcony overlooking the pool too.
What a bonus to have breakfast included and also free snacks!

we really enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast in the morning was great. the snacks you can get at the front desk, The red phone at the pool, And the staff were great and very accomodating.
We stayed in a two bedroom and used the sofa bed. The sheets on the sofa were dirty and had a big brown stain on them. We brought our own sheets, so it was not a serious problem.

Fantastic location. Great staff. Free drinks and snacks.
Other guests who thought it was ok to let the doors bang shut constantly and at 3am! Only stairs up to upper floors which were hard work with a heavy suitcase! Noisy air con and windows didn’t open.

Everything else. It's was a fantastic hotel. And the ice cream, snacks a soda machine were a hit for everyone. Other hotels need to take some pointers from you.

Was upgraded to two bedroom at no charge. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The kids loved the free snacks and the heated pool.
Could use a bit of an upgrade yet I liked the keeping the ambiance of the time this was built.
