It’s conscience and location

The room we were in 104 had a stopped up drain and water was all over our room I called the front desk and there resolution was to bring us 3 large towels to sop up the water well we got charged 66 dollars because the towels got rust on them from the water

Great choices at breakfast. Hot or cold cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. Morning staff very friendly. Everything was available didn't have to ask for anything. Drank coffee watched the news. Very comfortable.

Shower.... The water in the shower didn't get hot enough for me. Shower was cold to Luke warm..

Beds were comfortable

I asked for late checkout while we needed to stay for a basketball tournament later in the day. The front receptionist the first day said no problem and confirmed till 130. The next day att 11am there was pounding at my door to leave immediately. I explained to the house keeper we had late checkout and she continued to say checkout is at 11 multiple times not listening to me when I told her I had late checkout till 130. So I proceeded to downstairs and they said that was fine but then as I walked up to my room my key wouldn't work, I told the receptionist downstairs and they said there's nothing they can do. We couldn't use the pool anymore and felt like we did something wrong and felt very uncomfortable to stay and my kids were upset they couldn't swim when it was over 100 degrees.
