Staff was fantastic, Lisa [front desk] was super friendly and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

The room was fine, beds were comfy & the bathroom was fine. Breakfast was great. The staff was super pleasant both at check-in and check-out.

The road noise from the freeway was loud. I can usually turn on the fan & drown it out, but not here. It made sleeping difficult.

The mattress was very good.

The location was a little hard to find but not too bad! However the facility is very dated and although the entrance and common areas are well maintained the room was in poor condition. The inside curtain was literally in shreds and someone had thrown something at the picture on the wall but was still hanging there. The breakfast was bare bones minimal and not much was offered in the way of something hot. Our key had to be replaced twice while we were there. I'll be surprised if they have the nerve to post this review

Excellent staff! Super friendly and superior service!

Breakfast was not available 30 min past when they said it would be available. The lady working was very rude and acted like she was frustrated with me about it. I didn't say anything to her but to my daughter that they didn't have things ready on-time and we had to leave. We had a competition to be at by 7:45 and hotel didn't have breakfast like they said they would so we had to go without anything. Pretty disappointed with staff!

Everything was great for a one night stay on our way through Kalispell. Easy to book last minute.

bed wasn't comfortable. Sheets too thick for summer/fall. AC is very old and didn't work well.

The water was softened. Made showers a pleasure. Bed was comfortable.

Building is dated. Hallway is dingy. Breakfast is only ok. Price is much to high for the quality of the hotel!

Very run down, dirty, ghetto

The room was clean and sufficient in size. It is the only hotel in town with an outdoor pool which is why I stay there.

The smoke alarm started "chirping" in the early evening. Maintenance was not around to replace the battery so a helpful staff member was able to replace it, however it started chirping again in the wee hours of the morning. The towels were well worn and small. I would think for the prices they are charging they could afford to purchase new towels. The pool towels were way to small for pool towels. Only one of the 3 machines in the work out room were working.
