The entire staff was excellent and genuinely friendly. This was due to the Manager, Tyler. Whole staff was centered on taking great care of guests.
King Suite is large and comfortable. Very clean. Good bed and linens..
Excellent breakfast and " Lite Dinner " served every night at 5 ( complimentary)

Rooms were spacious.
The hotel was difficult to find as you had to drive through a mobile home park to get to it which was bizarre. The breakfast was average.

There is a really noisy air conditioner right in the sleeping room. I couldn't sleep due to the noise.
The place is really not accessible to any restaurants or other amenities of Kalispell.
It was really hard to get transportation from there to the airport. Cab companies have gone under. Few Uber rides on a Sunday morning. I'm really glad I started looking for a ride long before I really needed to be at the airport.
Their food for breakfast was sparse and terrible--overcooked, no attention to anything, way worse than the typical all carb breakfast from other hotels.

This is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in! It is set back out of the way and is quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Rooms are very spacious, ours had a mini kitchenette, with sink, cupboards, mini fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and clean! breakfast was enjoyable in the atrium or the dining area.
We didn’t really have any dislikes. The property is set at the back of a RV/Trailer park so the signage was a bit confusing because it doesn’t seem like a hotel would be back there. But that wasn’t much of an issue, just a surprise. We would definitely stay there again if back in the area!

Our stay here was really nice! Not at all what I had expected. It is a little hard to find at first but then when you get tucked back in away from everyone it is so nice and relaxing. It was more like a lodge than a hotel. And they had breakfast PLUS dinner for you. Most hotels do not offer that. Very cozy and the staff there was like family. I LOVED that it was not like a hotel, it was like staying at a family members house. We loved it!

Everything was so welcoming and comfortable . I stayed two nights and was very happy with everything.
The only thing was that the elevator was a bit too small for a closterfobic person like me.

Clean rooms, well maintained facility.
Booking's website doesn't say it's a partial old folks community.
While the shared dinner and breakfast meals were tasty, listening to old guys arguing about politics was unpleasant.
We would not have stayed there if the website said it was partially a retirement, long term facility.

The building was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was hot and the laundry was free!! Huge plus when traveling with a large family.

The husband and wife that either own or manage the facility were fantastic. The entire staff was accommodating and friendly. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. If we ever head that way again, we will certainly book with Greenwood Village!

The overall facility was very nice, well decorated and appointed
The room was poorly setup, with one bed almost blocking the entrance to the bathroom. The AC was very noisy and was in the way of one of the beds. The food was minimal though the dining area was exceptional.

The hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating. The lobby and dining area was very nice. The room came with breakfast and dinner, but dinner was only salad.
It was odd driving up to it, as you had to go through a trailer park to get to the hotel. And, the air conditioner had a really hard time keeping up with the heat that Kalispell was experiencing while we were there. The room was a suite, and only the bedroom got cool. Some ceiling fans would definitely help.

Nice place. This is a former assisted living facility converted to a hotel. The apartments were large, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The stay included free breakfast and a free dinner item. The laundry was free to use if you stay longer than one day.
It would have been nice to have the kitchen cupboards stocked with some utensils. The building is located at the rear of a mobile home park, which seemed a little out of place.

Exceptionally clean and beautiful facility. Very spacious kitchenette room. Free hot breakfast in morning and hot soup & rolls in the evenings. Will definately stay here again!!

Location. Too far from Glacier National Park and tourist areas. Breakfast not the best . Overall a little expensive for outdated property
