Good value for a budget hotel. Good location, good staff, free shuttle, comfortable bed, quiet, and clean.

Could have used a fridge and microwave in the room, but not a major concern.

Was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Lights above the bed were not working properly, trim on some furniture was missing, holes in the walls. The breakfast was the most basic I have ever seen. The elevator made a terrible noise when I reached the 3rd floor. This hotel needs to be shut down for a total renovation. I cannot believe Wyndam would allow this to stay open.

It is good. I like shuttle and breakfast. The price is good.

Equipment defective in room, not very clean..not a 3 star!

Hotel was a little less more run down inside expected for the price range but clean and adequate.

No hot water in either room booked for our group. When I complained at the front desk the girl told me to call the manager to see about getting a refund, as she agreed, that was unacceptable. When I called the manager as instructed later in the day after we got home she claimed it was a problem in the entire building and out of there control. However, when speaking with another customer in the lobby he informed us he had a not shower at 8pm,- my husband had tried taking one shortly after that, so I am not certain it was a all hotel problem. I also mentioned that the curtains in my room allowed light from the outside lights To filter through and I could not sleep due to the light. This was not the curtains not being able to close… they were a fabric that had blocks of heavier and then less heavier fabric and the light filtered through. Certainly not blackout curtains. The manager informed me they were standard hotel industry curtains and tough luck basically… she said they were the same in all the rooms. (The two panels were not even the same length). I did not look, but I described them to the person in my group on the other room and she said they did not sound like the same curtains. We had just flown in from a very tiring building trip in Belize, and not being able to shower comfortably or sleep well made this less than an acceptable experience. The blunt tough luck unapologetic response from the general manager sounded like a standard response from a play book. By now means was I expecting the Ritz, but this was a little much.

Zero. Hotel needs renovations, smells old and damp, needs to be thoroughly cleaned or better yet bulldozed.

Hairdryer and sheets were filthy. Receptionist was rude, unhelpful and combative. Could not even muster the effort to check me in properly without an attitude. Quotes company policy as reason for copying licence without prior notice. Could not tell me record retention policy. Overall a disgrace and disappointment.

Has 24hr airport shuttle on demand. Room is clean.

The room is not that spacious, but it's manageable.

front desk staff was not friendly. the toilet ran all night keeping me awake. the walls are paper thin and I could hear the text alerts of the guy in the next room.
