Mary at the front office was very kind and helpful, as she try to accommodate my requests.
The Napoli restaurant a total joke and super unprofessional,also the shower didn’t work properly, as it was to hot or to cold.

Breakfast was ready early just what I needed every thing was hot. I was stuck at air port with no way to get to the hotel staff went out of there way to get a shuttle to pick me up thank you

Check in was easy. Very friendly staff both at check in and check out. Asked about places to eat and she was very helpful. Hotel was decorated so beautifully for Christmas 🎄 There wasn't anything to not like. Rooms were clean and comfy. Pool was refreshing. Had a great stay! Will definitely stay at the Atrium again if we're in the area.

TV didn’t work, couldn’t get basic channels. front desk was no help. no instructions in room for TV. couldn’t watch World Series or college football

The hotel was beautiful. The room we had was quiet clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great!

Like many hotels they are not providing housekeeping services. When we arrived the room had not been serviced. We were on a short timeframe and almost missed the entendre purpose of our one day trip to Quincy as a result. We looked for alternative accomodations and there was nothing to compare to the Atrium in the area. The staff stepped up and got the room serviced within an hour. After that we were very pleased with the facility and staff.
