stayed here about 2hours, huge fight broke out parking lot right below my window at 1030pm called front desk told her it was out of control call police, then get a call back stating she had call manager to call police, after mutiple women yelling help! I called police myself, had to checkout due to safety concerns ask for my $$ back said they would have check with mamager. unable to take shower no shower curtain unable use tub bathtub stopper broke, found hair on shwer wall

The bed was super comfortable. The decor was modern and nice.

The walls are very thin, so you could literally hear the conversation next door. The housekeeper started cleaning and vacuuming the hallway at 8:30am, which woke me up.

Breakfast - out of syrup out of gravy need more protien choices like eggs?

Our original room had not been cleaned. There were bed bugs in the bed and sheets had not been changed. There was hair in the drain of the tub. The alarm clock and telephone didn’t work. The smoke alarm on the ceiling was covered by a sack They moved us to a different room that didn’t have a coffee pot or ice bucket But couldn’t sleep comfortably worried about bed bugs

Looked to be refurbished recently. Bed was comfortable. 1st time I've stayed in a hotel that the mirror didn't steam up while taking a shower. So either it was the lighting that the mirror was part of or the hotel's exhaust fan actually worked.

The breakfast offerings were sad.

When we got to room we pulled back sheet and there was blood stains on sheets went to front and the lady said yes i know and gave us a different room when walking in there the window was open and room smelt strongly of cigarette and pot. There isn't a curtain just a shade that is see through we slept with one eye open all night and was gone as soon as sun came up!!!

The king size bed was comfortable, the hotel room itself was very modern and updated. Literally the only thing that was good about this booking.

As soon as we walked in, the woman behind the desk did not make any bit of sense. We were traveling for a tournament and after 8 hours of being in a vehicle, youre ready to relax. Well she took her sweet time checking us in and we were the only ones in the lobby. We finally got our key cards and took the elevator (only used it once as it creaked and croaked while going up one floor), to the second floor where our room was. As soon as we opened the door to our room, the moldy mildew smell took over and was extremely off putting. My husband went down to the front desk to inform the woman and all she did was give us a can of glade spray that goes in an air freshener sprayer, and told us it should help. After spraying almost an entire can, and waiting about an hour, the smell came back with full force. I called the front desk and yet again the woman offered no assistance. Once we unfolded the sofa bed, the sheets were disgusting, covered in dog hair, and the mattress was stained so bad. There was dog hair all in the king bed as well and all over the place in the bathroom. It looked like the housekeeping didn’t even come in the room at all! Dust everywhere, it was disgusting. Still was offered no assistance when brought to front desk attention. The breakfast consisted of bread and bagels and biscuits, no fruit, no toppings, nothing but the 3 bread options.
