Nice rooms

Coke hallways

Room was spacious and roomy. Adequate fridge size with microwave. Close to eateries and shopping.

Room was not very clean. Facility is nitpicking about every amenity. Never been in a hotel that nickles and dimes guests about everything. None of the hand sanitizer dispensers were working. The “pantry literally had nothing in it. Lamp had no light bulbs. Mattress protectors were dirty. Bath mat was filthy. The night staff was young or don’t use washcloths. I went down twice for 2 FULL sets of towels. First time they only gave me bath towels. Second time they gave me bath towels and hand towels. Third time I actually had to describe what a washcloth was for him to locate it to be a full set. Also the yogurt served for breakfast expired same day. Cheap stay for a night if you aren’t a clean freak and don’t need much.

Lots of room for family

Room was dirty with lots of crumbs, bathroom vent covered with dust, bugs, hallway had random ceiling light sitting on floor and fire alarm was hanging out of wall with wire exposed

We were in town for the UFO festival, we enjoyed our stay very much. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was in a good location, and the room was quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly, will definitely stay here again. The hotel is near a Walmart and several eating places, the mall is also close by. We weren’t close to the festival but that didn’t matter since we had our own vehicle. We were also able to check in to our room early which was amazing because we wanted to freshen up and rest before the evening festivities. Also, the breakfast options were great!

The location was convenient, the breakfast was adequate. The staff were great.

The people in the room directly above us were walking loudly and pounding on the floors all night on our last night. I figured this was NOT the fault of the hotel so we did not complain.

Good location, clean and safe.

Stayed twice in two weeks - going and coming. Both rooms had construction flaws. The first room, maybe 311, had the fire sprinkler head coming out about an inch below the ceiling. The second room, number 211, had a recessed light hanging out about an inch or two below the ceiling, had a blank receptacle cover that did not cover, so the bottom of it went behind the face of the wall. and a ceiling repair had been done in the tub area around the “rain” head. Recommend going through every room to identify these issues and correct them.
