The service, the breakfast the bed was amazing
We had a great time and enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our trip
The only dissatisfaction was the pillows and covers. For me the pillows were too soft and the blanket for my husband and his son is they would get hot very easily

The facilities are exceptionally clean. The staff is super nice and the breakfast is great. Love the pancake machine and the pool. We were on the 4th floor. Very nice view from our room.
We were supposed to have 2 beds but only got 1 king bed and a couch bed. Luckily my daughter was okay with the couch bed. Probably was just my misunderstanding.

Extremely clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, good location, amenities and friendly staff. Highly recommended, worth the money.

The beds and linens were fresh and very comfortable. The breakfast had great options for different dietary needs.
The pool was smaller than we hoped since we brought our kids who were hoping to swim most of the trip.

Front desk was very helpful when we realized our room didn't have a pull out couch. She quickly reassigned our room.
Breakfast is good and well stocked. This is our hotel of choice when passing through.
The hotel room was quite warm when we arrived. It didn't cool off until late into the night/early morning. Luckily, it wasn't so warm that we couldn't fall asleep.

location was great. Rooms were clean. Beds were cozy.
There wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. No towels in the pool area. 1.5 hours prior to breakfast ending, the breakfast trays were empty and weren’t being refilled. We had a issue with our AC unit not working, and were promised a reimbursement, but I have yet to see it.

the showers are pitiful as hell. Hotels need to realize that after driving all day travelers want a nice hot relaxing shower that has some food water pressure. I can literally piss harder than my shower could spray. ver very disappointing.

everything to be honest
my one and only complaint is the A/C in my room made a strange sound that kept me up a lot. other than that it was fantastic.

My first time here and I wasn't disappointed. We were able to get adjoining rooms, which was very convenient, and the staff was accommodating and really nice.
One of the outlets and wall light fixtures went out about half way through the night and never came on again.

Everything about the stay was wonderful the staff was so friendly and the facilities were very clean and the room was amazingly comfortable I didn't want to wake up and leave but I also didn't want to miss the amazing breakfast they had either. Super happy and would definitely book here again and again!!!

All aspects were as expected and to a good standard.
The staff was overwhelmed by a fully booked hotel. We reserved a room for four but it was not equipped as such e.g. two towels, two cups, two glasses. The pool ran out of towels, and none were available for two days. We were lucky to have found a fourth for our room. Breakfast was good but short supplied also with milk. A gallon jug was supplied and the guests took care handling it. No juice.
