No Pool but they let us know ahead of time.

The Manager and the General Manager were amazing. They both catered to my needs and the General Manager, Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I was at peace when I had an issue.

I liked how nice the staff and service are.. Very clean price was responsible

Sofa bed mattress was terrible. Breakfast was okay. An omelette station would be wonderful. Need to have free coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. Beach access was okay. I called hotel directly a few weeks after booking the room and was told that the pool and Beach access woul be complete by the time we arrived. I kept the reservation based on that information.

Sofa bed mattress. No AC on the 8th floor. Water pressure in shower was almost non-existent. No coffee available in the lobby after breakfast. Limited parking, had to park across the street the first night. No extra towels brought up as requested. Had little trouble getting towels from housekeeping on the floor.

The staff was great. On of the ladies at the desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. The restaurant staff were great and food was hreat

I booked oceanfront to get to the beach and when e arrived the hotel had no access to the beach. Had to work to the holiday inn to access the beach.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and kind, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was really good.

There was no information prior to booking that the pool, spa, and beach access were under construction and we were notified by the front desk personnel when checking in, when it was too late to cancel.

I really loved the hotel. But t9 not mention there was no access to the beach was unacceptable. Had to walk 3 hotels down to get to the beach. No towels was offered. My room carpet smelled sore n felt wet to the touch. But the breakfast attendant, she was very pleasant and nice. The employees was all nice. Just those small details.

We loved the staff, and the comfy rooms. Their lunch options were also very delicious!

Due to hurricane damages, access to beach was hard and there was no pool so unfortunately we didn't get to fully have the complete hotel experience. Hopefully will be repaired soon.

I loved the proximity of the restaurants and grocery stores to the hotel. The view was beautiful 😍

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very nice.

First off when we arrived after being on the beach all day, we couldn't take showers due to no shower gel in shower and no soap anywhere. had to tell them we were out and they replaced it. Then on the 2nd day after being gone all day at beach we came back to room and it wasn't cleaned and no new towels were brought. I had to go down to lobby and get some so we could all shower!! The breakfast was ok but not what we expected. I knew the beach access and the pool was not available before going, but I feel the price should've reflected that and been alittle cheaper!!

The breakfast lady was awesome and the location was great.

No hot water, no coffee trays left daily in the room. The carpet was dirty...the bottom of my feet would turn black from walking with no shoes. .only one working elevator.

Have maintenence check rooms on regular,schedule...bathroom door latch broken ,sliding patio door so hard to push back and forth... Otherwise. Room nice & clean

The motel was very clean and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly. They had a great breakfest.

Unfortunately, the pool was destroyed as was the other hotels in the area by a previous storm but I was informed of that issue up front.
