Exceptionally comfortable beds and bedding, I actually took a picture of the mattress tag. It’s that good.

The elevators seemed a little small and were very busy, but there was signage inside giving tips on elevator traffic which was nice and helpful

Breakfast was good. Hotel is clean and convenient for our medical appointments!

The lobby area is small and crowded seeming. The elevators are old and slow with long waits. Entrance from the parking garage is inconvenient.

Rooms good & clean & it is very well located.

Public areas were very tired looking & not up to standard.

Breakfast and the Coffee was Soooo good. The Room Was Huge And Beautiful Right Off The Magnificent Mike; Great Shopping; Parking was reasonably priced and the valet guys were Great. Anytime I Come it exceeds my expectations♥️.

El desayuno es variado: tienen panes, cereal, waffles. Para beber tenías café, jugos, leche, agua caliente. El espacio del comedor es amplio y si no encuentras mesas ahí, puedes salir a la zona elevada donde hay más espacios para sentarse a comer. En cuanto a la habitación la cama es grande y cómoda al igual que la ducha del baño. Cuentan con secadora de pelo al igual que champú, acondicionador y gel de ducha.

Lamentablemente uno de los ascensores no funcionaba cuando llegamos. Esto hacía que el desplazarse desde el piso 24 al comedor, en el piso 2, a la hora del desayuno fuera un poco complicado. Podías tardar 15 minutos esperando a que llegue un ascensor vacío. Menos mal el personal fue muy amable en recoger gente de los últimos pisos en el ascensor de servicio.

Great location, walking distance within the Loop.
