And accommodating
We had to change our own sheets and get fresh towels ( I was informed by front desk that because this is not done on weekends) very disappointing because most my hotels usage in life has been on weekend . Who wants to sleep on dirty sheets ???

The bed was comfortable and I liked that the room had a kitchen. The location was good since it was close to everything. D one of the hotel staff was super sweet and helpful. I dropped my breakfast on the ground when opening the door and I asked for a broom to clean it up and she told me to get another plate and she would handle it.
When we first got to the hotel we checked in and got ready for the ball we were attending (we didn't use the bed til later) the shower still had hair in it, which I could easily wash down the drain. Later that night we went to bed to find hair that wasn't mine and crusty yellow stains on the sheets. We took them to the front desk to request new ones but the guy at the front desk was rude about it and kept asking if we did it and had to get a manager to get us clean sheets. It's not worth the money.

I loved everything about this location the only thing bad was the bed it felt like sleeping on boxes. worst bed ever my girls complain as well.

The breakfast was amazing! The room was separated into two part the living room and the bedroom and it was amazing too! The pool was pretty good. I liked the basketball court too! It’s also close to the center of Jacksonville!

Nice studio apartment type suite! Clean and nicely maintained.
They offer dinners during the week. Friendly staff.
The bed was a bit firm. The shower head could take your skin off - maybe that was only in our room.

Needs upgrade. Living room couches old. Kitchenette needs useful appliances. Needs generator. We were out of power for hours. it was cold.

although the cleanliness was overall good, there were stains in the tub and I found items from the last guest shower Nader the curtains.

There seemed to be a few small bugs that would fly on the window, the vent to the bathroom also didn’t seem to be clean at all.

Breakfast had a large selection and staff was welcoming. Nice way to start the day. Bed was very comfortable and size of room was very nice. Will defiitely stay again.
