Beds were comfy

Three yes three fire alarmsin 4 days, one at 5am we were on the 5th floor. I have a bad knee after multiple times struggling down 5 flights my knee is swollen and making our vacation not so good. Also it messed up our plans for the day twice!

Great location terrible pillows.

I loved the staff, everyone at the front desk was super helpful. The location was great since it was right near a lot of restraunts. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was good too.

My room included breakfast but when I went down for breakfast they said that only cereal was included but waffles and sausage I had to pay extra for. We stayed 4 days and the cleaning staff never came to our room to get dirty towels or trash.

Quiet, convenient location. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Clean easy to get around and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The only grip I have is when you exit the grounds you can't take a left. You have to go right then down a bit then make a u turn. Not a huge problem but just a minor inconvenience. I am positive it's a city induced problem.

The whole reason that we even stayed there was because of the indoor pool it was not working as it was supposed to so the water was ice cold

I loved the fire sitting area outside. Our king suite had a bedroom, then a main living area, and then a bathroom All employees were amazing

When getting breakfast included online, you just get a "voucher" so you don't have to pay again. If you want anything extra like pancakes, bacon, etc.. it's extra and you don't get much for the huge price. When you want hot water in your room for a shower, you have to turn all faucets on to as hot as it will go and wait till it gets hot, and then turn the shower on. It was still an amazing place, and we unexpectedly had to leave a day early, and they helped with the cost of that room for the night.
