Location is amazing. Super close to the beach and a Publix. Always has enough parking. Clean.

The building is just ok and really close to not being ok. It’s appears they are completely remodeling some of the buildings. The room we stayed in was hopefully a pre-remodeled room. Room was just ok and a little weird. It had 2 entrances and way to many windows for an interior room. I wouldn’t recommend if you have high expectations for a room, but just fine if you just need a clean place to sleep between daily adventures.

Spacious room and close to the beach.

On arrival, we were told that after a few days we will be moved to another room as they had mixed up the availability of certain locations.

The price, location, accommodations, accessibility to the beach & stores & resturaunts. Marissa the owner was friendly and helpful.

The location in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is great. They allow pets. The place was clean.

Our room was on the side by a very busy road. Though it was painted, the building isn’t in very good condition. Other than toilet paper, there were no paper goods - no napkins, paper towels, tissues. The exterior seemed untidy - chairs and tables all over the place. The pool looked dirty on the bottom.

close to the beach and restaurants. The resort is very accessible to the airport and Miami.

Servicing the rooms daily & fresh towels without asking would have been nice.

The location was excellent within walking distance of local shops and restaurants.

There were no smoke detectors in the room but other than that, everything was excellent!

Proximity to ocean... Can't see it from building though.

Roaches. Mice. AC unit leaking water into hallway and not cool enough /functioning properly. Broken down buliding next door with broken windows boarded up. No amenities. Pool for guest use behind the abandoned ghetto building. Zero guest services. You check in and you are on your own. Furniture looks like it was picked up in an alley that someone put out as used junk/trash. No breakfast. Property unkempt junk laying around old not clean nor taken care of.
