Staff all so nice and friendly/professional. Location, Geraldine’s with live music. Great cocktails. Nice room. Gym and pool fantastic!!
Halls and areas outside elevators need a little detailed vacuuming in the corners and where the carpet meets the wall.

All facilities and staff were very good. Most of the Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the bar staff were great! My room was very comfortable & quiet (apart from the construction noise). Geraldines Restaurant had good food and live entertainment every night.
Construction was going on all around the hotel, so it was very noisy and dusty. Also I think I've been overcharged and have emailed the hotel querying this, so hopefully it will be resolved.

Front desk surprised my husband with an awesome birthday card, alcoholic beverage and snacks in hotel room. Everyone was very nice and can’t forget free margaritas
Wish self parking but valet was still super fast and friendly

The rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were all so nice and professional. The shower was great with an easily adjustable temperature.
All of the "hidden" fees. The incidental fee is $200 per night and the overnight parking was $191 for three nights. They could have been mentioned somewhere, but I was not told about these fees until I checked in and checked out.

It was packed of many surprises, they charged $63 each day for parking, plus $30 mandatory a day also for food and liquor (margaritas they said and we don’t drink), and the last surprise, they charged us for food from the mini bar, we never even touched anything about it

My friends and I booked this hotel for a short staycation. The hotel is beautiful and modern. We loved the pool and gym. There is a lot of construction going on in the area, however, we were still able to walk to local restaurants and the food truck park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again in the future.

Location has access to many restaurants and downtown nearby
There was some construction work going on near the hotel and music could be heard from outside. Hotel room recommendations were shared with the management.

The staff made us feel extra special because we were celebrating our 10th anniversary. They upgraded our room and sent up a bottle of champagne and truffles with the sweetest card! The accommodations were fantastic. The pool was fun. We really had a great time!
I think the food from the pool seemed a little overpriced. But otherwise, we loved everything about our stay!

- Location and decor are great.
- Parking is convenient and reasonable (for the location).
- Most of the staff are nice.
- A-la-carte breakfast food is good in taste and presentation.
They're lacking in some very basic and specific things which most hotels (even with fewer stars) have figured out.
- No coffee machine in the room.
- Sliding bathroom door was difficult to open and close. The pocket door handle is fine for most of the way but for the last few inches where you can't use the handle and have to close the heavy door with your fingertips on the latch.
- Check-in was a bad experience. We had booked three rooms and requested extra beds in two rooms. The messages in the Booking.com app indicated that the hotel acknowledged the request, but upon arrival, we were informed that extra beds could not be added due to fire regulations. That's okay, but when I asked about the messages in the app, he said that it wasn't the hotel that responded but Booking.com and, "anyway it is only a request." Anyway, then I requested extra blankets, which he said he'll have sent to the rooms, but hours went by, no one brought them, and we had to ask again. Also, while checking us in, I turned away for a brief moment when he was doing something on the computer, and when I turned back, he was already checking-in other people before our check-in was complete. The others were also offered a free drink upon check-in, but we weren't.
- We went to their restaurant for breakfast one morning and were only offered seats at the bar (for six people). They said that all the tables were reserved and, "in ten minutes this place will be full." Half the tables remained empty the entire time we were there (over an hour). I don't see any reason for them to lie, and they probably weren't, but this is bad for their own business if they allow all the tables to be reserved and have >50% no shows.

right next to Rainey Street bars and food trucks which was great fun. comfortable and stylish hotel with nice pool area.
there’s lots of building work going on immediately around the hotel which is a bit annoying.

was very run down , not nice enough for the price. I'm sure we could have stayed somewhere better .

Everything was better than expected. Position was great even though it could do without the massive construction work going on around the hotel. Daily happy hour was a nice welcome after wandering around town :)
I think the only thing that was missing was an espresso machine in the room :)
Didnt try the breakfast as it is nicer to roam around and try a bruch somewhere around town!

Such a cool hotel, it's big but retains that boutique feel. Staff were helpful and friendly and on it.
I would have like to get a later check out without having to pay $50 per half hour, but I know it's a busy hotel.
8.0
very comfortable environment and pleasant staff
location is surrounded by construction sites that start at 330 in the morning. I felt like this should be disclosed prior to booking.
Also, the additional daily charge to get access to complementary drinks etc is unfair on those that don't drink alcohol.
