Location, views, pools, ambiance, The Grill and pools staff

1 out of 2 front desk staff really not supportive. Got wrong information about breakfast availability and timing for Thanksgiving day. Grill restaurant, so, so. Room windows poorly insulated, noise and cold coming through. Sofa bed not comfortable, plastic making noise at every movement. Dog barking from adjacent room (not an hotel fault, more owner’s rudeness) because of a poorly insulated room.

Somewhat friendly staff, and the grounds were ok. Not what I was expecting.

WAY OVERPRICED FOR THE STAY! This goes for the services and meals at either of the restaurants. Going 15 mins away saved us hundreds of dollars during the stay. The resort had a wedding, and our room was in the middle. Loud music and banging at all hours of the night. If I would have known that, I wouldn't have stayed.

Beautiful room and location.

Checking in we were sent to wrong room. Breakfast service was slow.

Breakfast was good. Service great and space lively.

The pools could have been cleaned up. Two days I had to remove drinks and towels from previous day. Road noise and view of road wasn’t great.
