Space was great for the family!
No one came to fix deadbolt on my room door after I reported it after checking in. The tub would fill with water when showering, slow draining. The A/C unit was very loud the entire time and sleep was OK.

-The establishment was incredibly clean and smelled amazing.
-The breakfast was rotated daily so it never got boring.

I loved everything
The only bath tubbed rooms where the OLDER ROOMS THAT HAD OLD WOODEN DOORS for the closet and bathroom doors. Rather than the glass. And old motel 6 roach motel carpet.

Love the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel.
The front desk staff at times could've been alittle more friendly looking ( for example: smile upon greeting the customer). At check-in, the lady who assisted me was great, though.

Modern lobby, great location near shopping, dining and the beach.
Room was smaller than expected, tv was poorly located, room cleaning was not daily, had to be asked to clean room and remove trash.

Breakfast was great. We were traveling with our kids, and they loved staying here. The room design was also a bonus; great set up for a family of four.
Could have used more towels and places to dry/hang them. There was a huge walk in closet, which was nice, but very little in the way of drying racks, etc., given this hotel is near the beach.

Just a few minor mishaps: you Only have one TV in a room for 5 people??? And there was a huge water bug in the bathroom, I mean HUGE, it scared the crap out of me!😂(my hubby call it) it looked like a GIANT roach to me. Staff was excellent!!

There was free breakfast, common areas were clean, outdoor pool was open with pool towels provided.
Hot breakfast items were actually cold. Tiny cups for your beverages. Our room had dirty walls, molding grout in the shower, and various other things in the bathroom in shambles. Definitely needs to be fixed and cleaned better. Also, the “extra bedding” for the sleeper sofa only consisted of a comforter. There was no sheet, bo additional pillow either.

How nice and big the room was.
Our tub drained extremely slow. It would fill up with water while taking a shower and then it took forever for it to drain.
