The server (Ms. Kim) in the restaurant was the gem of our stay in this hotel that night. In spite of short staff she kept a positive demeanor to represent the image of the Holiday Inn.
February 9-10, 2024 - Our Second Overnight Stay
Airport pick up service to the hotel takes 40 minutes wait after calling the hotel 2 times. On my first call, I was told the airport transportation will come in 10 to 15 minutes. Unfriendly transport driver and didn't offer to assist guest to help carry our luggage. Shortage of help in the restaurant. Dishes, glasses and dirty utensils were all filled up on the long table of the restaurant. The ceiling lights in the restaurant are flickering during dinner and breakfast time. Dangerous if you have a medical condition which can cause seizure. Coffee maker in our room is not working,
NOTE: We also stayed in this hotel on February 4 to 5, 2024 (our first overnight stay) which the service was good.
Airport transportation driver was helpful, welcoming and polite, and restaurant service was good. Everything was good.

Reception was friendly and efficient, even though it was the middle of the night.

The free shuttle in the morning to the airport was prompt, the room was clean, nicely decorated and very quite and comfortable. The restaurant was open, served good food and it meant we didnt have to look for a place to eat.
I wrote the staff to ask how I could arrange for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. No one ever got back to me, so we took a taxi.

I liked the beds, they were very comfy. The toiletries was a need and the coffee maker an added bonus. The size of the room was just what we needed. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was a blessing.
The curtains didn't close properly. I like a dark room to sleep in. The aircon was very loud. I had to take my luggage to my room by myself, with no assistance. No vending machines on the floor , and the restaurant downstairs served warm cooldrink.

We had a late layover arrival in Houston and called our hotel to see if they had a free shuttle for transportation. They kindly directed us to Terminal C. Every single staff person we encountered that night and early the next day was kind, thoughtful and handled things with ease and good humor.
I do not particularly praise the room, as it was not anything exceptional, but I slept alright and I will certainly consider it again for its excellent service.

Cercano al aeropuerto. Es muy adecuado para pasar una noche antes o después de un vuelo.
Tienen servicio de desayuno y cena y teniendo en cuenta que el hotel se encuentra aislado esto le da valor.
Tienen transfer para el aeropuerto pero no se reserva la plaza. Te indican bajar 15’ antes de la hora pero si coincide que hay mas gente te quedas sin plaza. Tampoco te informan de cuantas plazas tiene el transfer para saber si tienes sitio o no. Falta de información por parte de recepción.
Las instalaciones están bien y la insonorización con el exterior es buena pero no así la insonorización interior. Se oye absolutamente todo de otras habitaciones, de las personas que transitan por el pasillo, grifos, etc… por lo que el descanso a la noche no es bueno.
El desayuno si tienes un vuelo temprano, lo pierdes.

Comfortable airport hotel, providing courtesy transfers in both directions.
It wasn't easy to contact the hotel from the airport to arrange transfer without a local SIM or good wi-fi in the airport. We ended up waiting almost an hour after a tiring flight. Also, they didn't answer our emails, whether via Booking.com or direct. One was a simple query before we arrived. After our stay however we noticed that two charges had been raised for the same meal and they didn't reply about those either although one payment was withdrawn a few days later.

The hotel was very clean and well accented. The restaurant food was great. Everyone was especially helpful and friendly.
I left my jacket in the closet in our room and have been trying for the last three days to find our if anyone found it. I have not received a call back yay or nay.

Proximity with the airport
HOLYDAY INN continues to reject reclaims in order to get my invoice. This is unacceptable. Other hotels in US during my stay send me immediately after my check-out the invoice. This is an attempt against fundamental rights of clients and could be tentatively against federal laws in USA. It’s not the first time, Holyday Inn in Santiago airport also refused to send invoices to their clients.

All we needed. Nice bed, superb AC, Clean and Restaurant inside. Friendly staff and super clean!
Breakfast could start earlier, or at least have a 24 H coffee station for those who check out early in the morning.
Free shutle buss could have a better frequency, and start earlier, we weren't able to use it.

the pool wasn't working and they didn't inform the guest before booking, and once I spoke with the manager about it, he was rude about it I only booked this room because my husband wanted to swim all 3 days we were at this hotel the pool want service so we wasted $515 for nothing, the manager said he could check me out if the pool isn't working by the end of the day but that was a lie we was force to stay another night, I really had a bad experience at this hotel I hope you guys have a better experience then me and my husband had!!! oh and not to mention when we needed towels the front desk was out of clean towels smh I had to drive to Walmart to get towels for us to shower...
