El servicio del personal, excelente. El señor Kenny es excelente es muy amable. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme otra vez.
Lo único es que la habitación tenía un fuerte aroma como de cigarrillos. Y una de las lámparas de al lado de la cama no encendia.

I liked the location of the hotel.
I didn't like that the staff wasn't helpful at all. The back doors were kept locked at night instead of having key card access. So you had to walk around the building to get inside. And the shower head in the restroom barley sprayed out any water.

Rooms were Clean,staff was great, bed was soft I only stayed one night so it was good
Only thing I didn’t like was there is no door to the shower so the water gets everywhere and the shower at the bottom is so squeaky as if you will fall through but that could be just for the room I was in. Pool was open but it’s was soo dirty

I liked the fact that it was close to the tollway.
There were roaches in the room . And also stains on the bed. And the breakfast doesn’t start until after 7, some people need to leave before that

It was comfortable furniture. Loud neighborhood.
We had to open our bathroom with a quarter as it was locked. There was not a full breakfast as advertised. The staff were not overly friendly. There was a huge fight in the middle of the night in front of the hotel.

I did not stay, got there very late due to delayed flight and was told my reservation has been canceled at 11:30pm

The room was not vacuumed and there were coffee spots on table . The hotel just looked unkept I’m some areas

Close to amenities. Bus service within walking distance to Downtown. Of special note is Brittany the receptionist.....gr8 asset for the facility. If ever I am back, I shall return.

Jessica up front made me feel welcomed and. Comfortable.
She advised me of the rewards, also let me know about restaurants i should try.
The parking was small, and to avoid losing my spot i walked to stores and places close by.
My rooms restroom ceiling had dry wall tape hanging down and cut in other areas.
