After making it very clear that I would stay for only one night instead of the originally booked two nights and receiving confirmation, I was still charged for two nights on my credit card immediately. I was then informed that it would take several business days to credit back the charge for one night. The story continues: when I left all my valuables in the room and wanted to leave the hotel for dinner, I happened to find that the room lock didn't work! What if I hadn't checked the door? Anyone could have easily broken in and taken my passports! Lastly, the wifi didn't work, despite assistance from the front desk, and I ended up spending the entire evening at McDonald's for the free wifi!

Very well maintained facility, and very clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. A special thanks and shoutout to Lexie, who managed multiple tasks - keeping breakfast area stocked, working front desk, and helping folks with requests - all the time smiling! She deserves a raise/promotion!

I just needed a stay not too far from Sewickley, but for a decent price. It is next to an airstrip, which is an advantage for some people.
Complimentary breakfast was OK. Loads of sugar.

Check out was easy. Breakfast area was clean (these kind of hotel breakfasts get so messy and gross fast but it looked good).
Wish there was more selection at breakfast (more varieties of cereal and bagels, English muffins, toppings for the waffles, etc). A non-dairy creamer that isn't sweetened would be nice for coffee.

I found the property to be just what I needed - driving to Detroit from DC, I wanted to break my journey into two days. the hotel was easy to find and a quick hop off the highway. The building was clean and surroundings were quiet. The breakfast was great - waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, bagels, yogurt, juice and coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel staff who treated me like family. Darla rocks as well as the other ladies I dealt with over a Booking.com issue. Only problem was no coffee at breakfast on my last morning, so that was disappointing. Overall a great stay!!

I does the job: comfortable bed, enough space to work in the room. Spacious and clean. Next to some fast-food restaurants. Plenty of space to park.
Staff wasn't that nice. It's in the middle of nowhere, but can be convenient depending on what you need.

Super Clean!! Love staying here for the convenience to family in Beaver Falls. The only reason I didn’t give it a higher score is the breakfast was hardly anything. It’s more like just coffee and a bagel with nothing to put on it. Otherwise, a perfect stay!!

The room (Queen Suite) was very comfortable, well thought out and very clean. Hotel was quiet and in good repair. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about them . The sparse breakfast was only the only very minor drawback. Convenient to the typical shopping such as Walmart, grocery stores etc.

Seeing reviews re other facilities in the area, it was clear that Microtel was definitely a cut above. It actually exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was as much as I wanted/needed. The bed was better than mine at home. And everything was so clean!
