It was hard to like anything.

Shower wouldn’t drain we were required to shower in water over our calf’s, toilet wouldn’t flush, flashing emergency light on smoke detector all night long. There were gross stains over the walls, countertops, and toilet. Blankets were never changed during stay. Overall this is a beautiful location however, would not recommend a stay here again.

The location and overall cleanliness.

I would have liked a bit more security around charging snacks to the room. It seemed I could say any room number and there was no way to know I was telling the truth. And the hot tub seemed dirty, when we complained about unsafe behavior from some unsupervised kids, nothing was done. It prevented us from using the pool which we really wanted to do.

The room seemed small and had bad circulation- I washed, rung out, and hung up a few clothing items and they never dried even after a few days. Also, the door deadbolt piece was broken and didn’t function as intended.

We loved it here! My kids loved the pool and hot tub and the breakfast was decent. It was nice to find a hotel room that had two queens AND a king! Thank you!

Cereal variety? Not a lot to complain about.
