Nothing much I lost my dog there and it took them 2days to tell which way she went than kick me out because I had to many people coming and going they said which where people helping me look for my dog that's all any way after 6 long days yes I got her back thank god

The people working there was not helpful at all they even took down the flyer o put up about her.

The water pressure in showers was not good it was very important to have a good water pressure when you want to take a shower and you’re tired and dirty.

The room was not up to standards, I wrote to the room management through this app no reply. I spoke with gentleman at front desk upon checkout and still have heard back nothing. There was chew marks in my foot stool, water damage or a ripped up floor. the shower spout had cracks all around it and more.

I felt safe, and the staff and management went above and beyond!

The gentleman at the front was rude. Ask for towels and basically called me a lier. He said you have towels in your room already. Yes but only one set. They have a stove to cook but the smoke detected went off so you couldn't cook. The back burner didn't work. Outside the hooked keeper coming to the back parking area. The people above us must been dancing all-night.

The morning staff worker is VERY RUDE AND HAS BAD ENERGY. HE TALKS TO YOU LIKE YOUR A CHILD OR YOU JUST DONT MATTER AT ALL. IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR A FEW YEARS AND I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THE AMOUNT OF DISRESPECT THAT I DID ON THIS LAST STAY. MIGHT NOT BE GOING BACK FOR A COUPLE MORE MONTHS. THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE CUSTOMER INTERACTION. I WOULD BEVER BE AS RUDE RO ANYONE AS THEY WERE TO ME.

Horrible horrible horrible ! The only thing I liked was the fact I could cook for my family when the maintenance guy came to fix it he’s the only good one there

Horrible service rooms smelled like smoke as they were saying no smoking which was funny to me. Window had no screen the room number we had was 202. The small burner on stove was broken and the big one took way too long to heat up my food. My 1 year old son was crying a lot there usually he’s a happy baby any nice place we go but this one was like a whole in the wall. The walls were damaged and old looking room service always came late the guy in the front never helpful early morning we called to extend for our living situation reason and we were currently still in the room but the guy up front said that it is already booked I said but I am already here and have no where to go for today and he repeated himself again so this day have been bad for us today my 1 year old was fussy and it hurt me I would never go back there ever again it feels like we been catfished the pictures makes the rooms look beautiful but at least room 202 is not don’t get that room ! Also it’s stuffy in there makes me sneeze so much soon as I left now I am better it very dusty in there.
