The staff is simply outstanding, from the valet (Vanessa) to the front desk, cafeteria cooks, and housekeepers!

The heated pool, which might be great for winter months, was not very comfortable during August, and the Peloton bikes failed to connect with the hotel's wireless internet (I had to log in to my personal device).

An “omelette station”… a waffles station… it was MORE THAN I ever expected… EXCELLENT! From the valet parking… to the front desk… to housekeeping… to breakfast staff… and the bar staff… EVERY employee i interacted with was extremely professional… kind… and generous… Wonderful!

The check in time is EXTREMELY late in the day… 4pm… and the room rates are quite high… A customer should be allowed a “courtesy” of check in by 3pm…. 4pm check in is RIDICULOUS!

The front desk staff member had an attitude. He didn’t ask for Hilton Honors number so l can get points. I mentioned it and he dismissed it. I paid more money parking across the street than the price of valet. I didnt know till after my checkout from another guest. Then room service knocked on my door and tried to enter at 8am, plus it was a guy.

Location was perfect for walking to Charlotte Hornets game and surrounding sites. Breakfast was great as we had 4 kids and 2 adults.

I enjoyed the Reception Evening hour.

I was disappointed about the morning staff on Sunday morning. In addition, I spent so much money on valet only for them to lose my ticket. They weren’t able to find my car the day I was checking out, which was very frustrating because it was raining.

Breakfast was excellent.

The pool was closed We were on second floor. We wanted to do the fire pit. It was Closed at 10:30 pm!

Valet service horrible and expensive. Breakfast buffet runs out of food early and doesn't replenish. Social cocktail hour only buys a beer, and only food was chips and salsa. Lots of dirty tables. Outdoor area with fire pits had no cushions in chairs, so unusable. Housekeeping missed a day, requested coffee replacements for 2 days and never got them. Had to go to desk to get towels since housekeeping never came. Way too expensive for such poor service and amenities. Will not ever stay here again.

in the city, the parking attendants were great considering they had to be outside during very cold conditions
