Location was central to shopping, the popular A beach, easy highway entry, quiet. The complex is well maintained with a small infinity pool, many gas bbq’s, and also very quiet and relaxing. The unit itself was beautifully decorated á la Tommy Bahama and there wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t provided to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We didn’t appreciate the many signs in the unit warning of monetary fines if you i.e. forget to return the parking pass or pool key you’ll be charged $25/50, if the disposal breaks because of something you put in it, you’ll be charged $250 and on and on. Shouldn’t that be in the rental contract instead? We were booked for 10 days and no cleaning crew came after 7 days, which is customary in most places where you stay over a week. At these prices and for a lengthy stay it would be in both the owners and renters interest that the unit get cleaned once a week.

We liked everything, it was all perfect. Apartment is new, well decorated, very clean. Very well equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, bags etc etc. 1 min walking to the pool, 5 to the shopping center. 2’ drive to a beautiful beach
