All very well

I like the location. Great for Shoreline walks or path/sodewalks. Great range of activities at the resort and in the area.

Grounds were beautiful
too far to walk to anything. Food was generic. One restaurant a far walk away. No pool food or bar by Ocean Tower. The closest breakfast was a long walk and a basic egg omelette with potatoes was $27.00.

It’s too big
Different check in points

beautiful, vast property with lots of room to walk
Check in was a nightmare; after long day, had to park and schlep bags approx 3/4 mile to check in at “ocean tower”. (those waiting didn’t make it before me-in fact long after I was in. i was given worst, smelly room on property. They were kind enough to give me new room. My flight left 9pm (after checkout)No employee could answer a question, be it shower or what to do with towel which required a key?
Pools and hot tub lovely, but SO chlorinated, eyes sting! Pool nearest room was closed
paid a TON of $$ for <20 hours, most of which I spent trying to navigate the maze/rude or at least unhelpful employees

Location is very nice.
It looks like booking.com has bad data transfer from itself to Hilton hotel chain that gave incorrect room information. I had to asked the front desk to manually changed it to room type I booked.

Beautiful hotel, garden, museum walk
● Check in takes about 1 hour. Parking down the car, walking from the lot with luggages, taking a tram/ waits each stop 2-3 mins/
● The receptionist did not find our booking reservation, neither others /Airbnb or Hiltons own reservations!/ Had to wait to find out!
● The sofa bed was not bedriddenfor my children. Told that at the front dest, the answer was: open the bed, will send the bedding. Delived the bedding in a bag in front of our door!!!! I Had to preaper the bed for my own!!!!!
●THE WORTH! THE SOFA BED WAS FULL OF MOLD!! THE BED LINEN BLOODY. HORRIBLE THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS!

Coffee shop was awesome. Customer service was on top of it and helpful. Property was amazing.
Shower was kinda gross.

Property was beautiful, room very comfortable, front desk staff and concierge very helpful. Parking was plentiful, but expensive and far away from my bldg.
Ocean tower far from parking and expensive, Sometimes train and boat available to get between towers. When not available, unless waiting many minutes, the walk between Ocean tower and main was almost a mile.

Tram service , pool and Restaurant
When I got there they didn’t gave me ocean front which I book. They where telling me they didn’t receive my booking. Breakfast was free for two people which they didn’t gave. They say that was false advertising by booking.com

Lots of things to do there with 3 properties on site.
10 min walk from the main lobby to Ocean Tower unless you wait for the tram. The rooms had bugs in them. They were in the process of getting exterminator service.

clean, beautiful landscaping
The monorail was very slow and hot, the a/c wasn’t working and the walk was long. We then stood for 15-20 minutes waiting to check in. The in room coffee maker didn’t work. The fire alarm went off around 8:50 pm in our building.

it was beautiful and so many activities to do there.
We weren’t sure where to check in and the Valet worker was not friendly, very abrupt and rude. we couldn’t figure out train and the rooms were a very lengthy walk away.

room service was only 3 days out of our 14 day stay.

The resort as a whole was beautiful!
We had to walk so far from the main entrance to our section of the resort. There was a tram, which was nice, but it only took us two thirds of the way to our hotel. There’s more, but that was the main thing.

I went through booking.com and wish I could have gone with some kamaaina.rates
Also wanted more info on a kitchenette room so I could bring my whole family to enjoy your hospitality and beautiful hotel .Mahalo's
I didn't know you had to let housekeepers know about cleaning our room. And our coffee machine wasn't working properly 😑

Location, nice facilities.
Room was not cleaned while we were there, had to pay $44/day for parking as guests, no complementary coffee in lobby (had to go to coffee shop), everything at the resort was so overpriced. Asked an employee whose job was to help book tours for advice and he was drunk and/or high and extremely not helpful. It took a long time to get from main entrance to our building

The whole resort area between all the Hilton’s was incredible! We had absolutely no idea that it was connected to two other hotels that you could have wander between and without even leaving the hotel we swam with turtles and watched dolphins every day!! There is a massive lagoon private beach area which turtles and other seaside come into and you can snorkel, kayak, canoe, and much more with every day and further down a dolphin enclosure that does shows and encounters every day. This alone made the experience for us and made the money very worthwhile. The room and bathroom were very big and had an “island feel” and the balcony and view was beautiful. The staff were great, always happy to help and the shuttle service and tram to get to our hotel was also very handy as the whole area is so big to walk. We absolutely loved it here, didn’t even want to leave the hotel!
Our only issue with the hotel was that we honestly didn’t want to leave but we had to at night because there was nothing to do after about 5pm. There was only about 2 restaurants and then 1 bar that were open after 5pm and they were generally quite expensive or set menus so we had to go elsewhere. The location is beautiful and on the warmest part of the island but it’s also quite secluded so there was 2 small shopping centres down the road but they were still either a 20 minute walk one way or a $5 shuttle/Uber to get to and even then, not heaps of options for food. If you had a hire car would be fine because you could drive the 25 minutes to Kona if you wanted to but without one we felt a bit stranded. I just think such a beautiful resort should have more bar areas and casual food places open later because no one wanted to leave but we had to!

Valet parking for handicap was nice
The tram speakers awful the boats very seldom ran and had one part time no schedule and on one cares to include the opps manager the food was overpriced and drinks were way overpriced overall shabby
7.0
pools and room were clean
my room smelled like paint, the breakfast Buffett was overpriced and not very good at that. they don’t have enough lounge chairs by the pool unless you are willing to pay the extra charge to pay for a cabana. parking should be free if I parked my own car.
9.0
well done, and entertaining with beautiful beaches and snorkeling nearby
difficult to open the door to the outside
The windows need to be cleaned
