Everything was great! The staff was amazing and super nice!
Having to pay for parking. $25/day is a bit much and we were there for 4 nights.

Everything was really good. Breakfast was decent and included. Rooms was very clean and well set up. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool and hot tub were nice but probably are due for a good cleaning.

Hotel bar was good, enjoyed food, beverages and staff. Appreciated the football game on TV. Breakfast was also good. Parking convenient.
Night manager was accommodating, however not friendly.

Good spacious clean rooms
breakfast does not have many options, especially for veg. people. I found some insects inside the bread. They need to check carefully the stuff before serving. Poor quality fruits.

Perfect location. Coffee was great. Late night pizza at the bar hit the spot.

Booking information did not include the additional parking fee. It was also very difficult to find adequate parking even though we paid extra for it.

Location was very convenient to UMN. Front desk staff were very welcoming.
The breakfast while included with the stay, it was sub Hampton standards in my opinion. There wasn't enough seating, space, flow or food for the number of guests. Eggs ran out and took 10minutes to refresh. There were no toppings for the oatmeal. No yogurt, milk, hard boiled eggs, etc.

The room and hotel was clean and neat. Lobby was clean and nice. Parking was convenient and in plenty. Would have been nice to not have to pay $22 for parking fees but it was still good parking space.

We loved the room, the view,the location!!! Loved that they brought us to the Children's Hospital and picked us back up!!! Excellent service!!

The breakfast.
Found alot of hair in the bed upon arrival, loose screw in the shower door that could cut someone, bed felt like an old mattress, the hot tub had loose gravel in one corner, didn't receive 15% discount on parking per Justin due to a medical stay.
