The breakfast was terrific and the facilities generally excellent. A trailer that I was towing broke down adjacent to the Best Western and I was forced to stay a few extra nights there. The staff was understanding and accommodating and made that stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean and the rooms appointments were excellent. I give them five stars

The room was clean. The desk staff polite.

Both mornings we where there they ran out of forks. The toppings for the yogurt were either low or empty. The tables were not wiped down. The hot tub was not working.

It was adequate.

The bathroom was very dark, and hard to see to put on makeup. The dispensers in the shower didn’t work. (we had three rooms between all our family members, and none of them worked) We expected our room to be serviced after the first night, and it wasn’t. Breakfast on the weekend was only until 9:00 am and during the week until 8:00 am.

We were charged by booking.com 186$. The next day we were charged another 50$ and were given no reason for this charge? We did have a dog - was the extra charge for a dog? When my husband tried to contact the hotel a reason was still not given. The cost of the room far exceeded any other hotel we have stayed at when we had our dog. Was the room any better? - absolutely not. We do not plan to stay at this same location due to surprise costs.
