The beach and access was great . The pool was probably ok but didn't use it with all the construction. Nice view from balcony. Spacious and roomy.

Cockroaches and broken coffee pot didn't like the mess of construction if doing all that shut down the whole building and get it done don't make guests suffer through it.

location and property was great. The view of the beach was amazing and number of bathrooms was great. I stayed for my daughter’s 18th birthday and had 6 teen age girls, the bathrooms were all needed. 😀

the ice machine didn’t work properly or have ice when we arrived and the water pressure in the show was low

needed some minor repairs. cable was out in all 3 bedrooms, couldn’t get it fixed. someone texted me from realjoy asking how things were, told them the problems abs they said someone would be put on friday. friday came, no call to say on the way, maintenance shows up and went into the condo without us there. we happened to come back from the beach and he was there. showed him what was wrong, about 15 minutes after he left another guy with Real-joy apparel on showed up to fix things. seemed very sketchy. glad we we t up when we did all our wallets were in there condo whole we were at the beach. we were told there were beach chairs, nope not after Oct 31.

Beautiful view; large unit with lots of space and seating area. Three full baths were amazing with kids!

Pull out couch was not a suitable bed. Usually in a house this size they stock a few more toiletries knowing 8 people will be staying. We brought plenty sonit was not a big deal

The ocean was near by

Upon arrival I found 1 patio door lock was missing. Handle was broken. Bandaid cheap lock was not secure, missing screws and not secure. 2 bedroom door to balcony had lock in open position but door would not open. 3 Sheets had already been slept in, had hair and black spots. 4 Master bedroom bed was stripped to mattress and dirty linen was piled in corner. 5 first 8 glasses in cabinet had greasy fingerprints and were dirty. 6. Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. 7 toilet seats were up... appeared toilets were not cleaned. 8. On balcony, instead of hearing ocean, you could only hear the 5 or 6 hvac units next door. 9 the front bedrooms had blinds that did NOT block the bright light coming in from hallway. 10 RealJoy inundated my mailbox with spam regarding buying a unit from them ( even though I believe I checked the box for no marketing). 11 the TOTAL PRICE listed for 2 nights was $430. The confirmation email had charge listed as $850. When I emailed to inquire and cancel I was told I could not cancel. This place should get negative stars. No clue why it show I gave it a 2.5. Bogus rating
