Nicely furnished and equipped apartment a few minutes away from a beautiful Maui beach, two bathrooms, nice swimming pool with whirlpool, comfortable parking. Truly great accommodation.

Price was too high. Also a bit complicated communication with the company managing the property. They could streamline their client interaction processes.

I liked that it was stocked with essentials like dishes, water toys and other asundries.

During our down time we like to watch TV, the TVs were not user friendly. The ac remotes were in thr wrong rooms and it took a few days to figure it out, we thought they didn't work.

The apartment was nice. My kids enjoyed the pool the most!

The only issue we had was the face that the all 3 air conditioner did not make the room cold at all. We had them @ 64 degrees and was sleeping with bed sheets or without blanket. For the amount we paid we were expecting the air conditioners to work.

Location. AC in each room. Everything else was fairly clean and neat. Good for a family of four.

Poor communication. We didn’t receive arrival instructions, such as parking spot, until the next day after I inquired about more information. The parking lot was circled twice in the dark to find presumably the reserved unit number, but this did not exist. We ended up parking in the very back of the lot in the visitor section. There was also no guidance on where the unit was located. It ended up being a lucky guess. Stained towels. Unmade bed. Musty washing machine the staff deferred to us to situate. A small amount of toiletries for a party of four for 4 nights. Would recommend bringing an additional supply. There is a cleaning fee of $155, but you’re asked to take out the trash and wash dishes prior to your departure. I do not know if this is expected elsewhere. It defeats the purpose of a cleaning fee though, especially when we had to rewash linens with a musty smell and make our own beds.

The fan in one the bedroom could not stop. The wifi did not work well. We needed to work and it generated lots of frustration... The swimming pool rules were so strict that my son was forbidden to wear goggles... We used it only once.
