Location was good. Everything about the unit was terrible. This is one of only two units not managed by Laurelwood due to its sub standard condition.

The unit had several issues. Heating did not work. -21deg C outside. Had to sleep two nights in ski jackets. Other things not working were TV,shower, hot plate had fallen into oven, humidifier. Carpet and rugs were filthy and had large holes in it. Lots of long dark hairs on bathroom floor. Overall unit in dire need of upgrade.

Carpet is in terrible shape. Bed could use a better mattress. I think the price is too high, considering the condition of the unit.

Location is great with ski in ski out a dream. Parking was convenient and free. Nice towels. Hot tubs were good. Good bed with plenty of pillows and blankets. When I called Margie was responsive to my calls when I had questions.

Needs upgrading. Torn and soiled carpet. No DVD player though it was advertised as such. Three wine openers and no wine glasses. Two juice glasses, three small drinking glasses, and 15 mugs! At least one of the plates had dried food on it in the cupboard. Mold on the shower curtain. Hard to control temperature in the unit. We had it set at 60 the whole time and it was 70+. Had to pay for ski locks. In looking at the same dates for next year in the same unit the cost is $900 less????
