The Glamping site is surrounded by a beautiful canyon site, and it's very close(10min drive) to a big supermarket. Each tent has a heater and a fire pit, which can be used for cooking or s'more- loved the breakfast and friendly dog who is very gentle and playful, quite a few grills for people to use, each tent is carefully placed so each tents are not facing or on their way to each other so you can keep your privacy. Communication is very very good for check in and and out - have have their own app even so was very helpful.
I was hoping to get what the photographs of the site was showing since the price was NOT cheap. Considering it is a campsite- yes Glamping with hot shower and the heater and the bed but it was not very clean or fancy as it advertised. Above all, it is very far from Zion Canyon itself- 1h drive away- which made it not the best choice for this trip. On many Zion Canyon hikes, you need to start early for parking and gears, etc, so if you are planning to do Zion Canyon mainly, I would recommend booking something closer (there are lots of choices). If you are on a long trip and want to experience a greater Zion experience, I think this place can work for you. I would be happy with the site and the amenity if the price was bit cheaper, but paying almost 300$/night, I would expect more. (some bathrooms had no lights, sharing kitchen was dirty, and staff who checked us in was grumpy and would not help us fire up the fireplace). sharing restroom was not bad but not the nicest either like it was advertised. Overall, the place was run down and service was bit dissapointing.

The location is incredible, so beautiful and in a town that has some interesting history. There are hikes and trails right on the doorstep and some basic facilities available within a short drive. The tents were all very new with heaters and electricity. Toilets and showers are close by and fresh spring water available on tap. The hosts Steve and Marcel were so friendly and we enjoyed chatting to them a lot.
I think the company could push more of an eco vibe. It had polystyrene cups and plastic cutlery which I would be happy to pay a bit extra for to make it more “eco”.

My family and I had a great time staying here. At the time of arrival Steve and Marcel were welcoming and gave us a tour of the property. The tent and area are spacious and well kept. We also enjoyed the coffee and pancakes in the morning.

The location was perfect for visiting Zion and Bryce. Lots of fun outdoor spots locally as well. The beds and pillows were super comfortable.

Incredible location. Bathrooms were great. The complimentary pancakes and coffee each morning were an excellent bonus! Very family friendly with plenty of facilities for cooking. Each tent has its own fire pit, grill and seating area to watch the sunset. There is also a communal fire pit and lots of large bbq grills that you can use and get involved in the smores roasting. The beds are really comfortable and warm-we stayed in February with 2 small children (3 and 5 years old) and it was perfect.

The location is glorious. The tents are situated in the hill around the canyon. The views are amazing. Free pancakes and coffee. town neaby has a supermarket so you can get what you need there. We also did Blue Sage Horseriding and it was amazing. We rode around the canyon for an hour and a half for $140.00 each. Del was lovely. They are in Richards St, just up the road from the campground. Free smores around the camp fire. The hosts are always there and will light a fire for you at your tent or down in the communal area. There is a communal fridge. Nice chairs to take in the view. Number 19 tent is the best but it blew down in a storm just before we arrived. They will be putting a new one up. It is a bit of a walk from the toilet though. two double beds and a great heater in tent. a little table and two chairs.
The shower stall had a wooden floor. I was hesitant to stand on it because I thought definitely somebody has peed on it and it would of soaked into the wood. It looked good but not really practical. Take thongs. Coffee is made with love but tastes disgusting so take your own. Some of the tents are up in the hill and are the best locations but if you have issues getting around, you will struggle getting there. You have to walk up and down for the bathrooms and the gravel could be slippery underfoot.

This place is a oasis in the mountain’s . We enjoyed our stay here at Zion very much! The beds are incredible comfy and the best advantage is that you have all the facilities as in hotel room but 10 times better when you see the view each morning

We had never done camping and we were so pleased with the overall experience. The place and scenery is awesome. Could not have been better. Any issues raised were immediately resolved. Very responsive staff.
Marshal is always happy to help.
Kids loved playing with Rocky.
Breakfast only has pancakes. More options for breakfast should be provided such as Corn flakes and bread/jam. That would be really great.

Nice and comfortable tent! If you want to visit Zion stay here and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The way the tents light up is stunning. This is so dorky but it reminded me of the Quidditch World Cup in Harry Potter. I was all about it.
The view was to die for too. Just a gorgeous location.
There were a lot of facilities available.
The beds were comfortable and clean. The showers are cool rock designs. The staff is so lovely and encourages group activities like s'mores, tetherball, and more. Hot tub locations will be opening soon. Really just a cool experience with coffee and pancakes in the morning.
The tour at the beginning was really informative and cool but I had a grumpy baby and wanted to get her settled. I think my 9-year-old did great here. But due to the tourists traveling through who were probably just living up a vacation, it was a little bit loud and tough for my little one.

This was one of the worst accommodations we have ever stayed in.
The kitchen and bathrooms were in terrible condition. It was very dirty and incredibly old and run down. The furnishings of the tents looked like they were from the bulky waste.
The worst were the parties in the evening, until late at night. The staff encouraged some of the guests to party and even joined in the drinking. There was loud singing, shouting and loud music until late at night. However, when we asked to turn down the music, they only got louder.
We then left early because we could no longer endure.

Staff very friendly, tent ist quite comfortable.
Price ist too high.
At least we paid too much.
Not fair that prices with high variations for the same day.
Breakfast with pancakes OK, but no fruits, nothing to drink for the kids...

The host was great, the facilities were great
We didn’t realise it was so far from Zion National Park and that our tent would overlook a broken down trailer van

Our stay at Zion was amazing. It’s even better than the photos. The girls who showed us around were so lovely and answered all of our questions. You got to choose your tent which was a lovely option, we did yoga up the canyon at 7am during sun rise and the pancakes in the morning were fantastic. The cooking facilities there are great and the bonfire every evening.
Fridge stopped working for a bit but this wasn’t too much of a problem.

What a fantastic place! Excellent hosts (we were shown around by the kids who did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome and explaining where everything was - all the staff were friendly and happy to help), great location (very near Water Canyon and not too far a drive from Zion National Park, complimentary breakfast of pancakes cooked by the hosts and great camping games like horseshoes, corn bag and lassoing. Even a communal campfire with s'mores in the evening. Slept great in the yurt and BBQed on our firepit. An excellent base to explore from. I can't wait to come back! Thank you for a great stay.

The location is beautiful and the views from the tents are the main attraction. The tents were clean and beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of things to do on the campsite to join in and be sociable with other guests and your tent area is secluded enough to provide peace and privacy if desired.
Hosts were helpful and there was a chilled vibe

The location was great. Especially in the evening a fire was started and you could see the stars. Absolutely stunning.

Beautiful glamping spot with brilliant amenities. Complementary S’mores with other guests at the communal campfire was a highlight. The kids never wanted to leave. The owners are constantly improving the place too. We will be back!!

The setting of Water Canyon was absolutely stunning and the stars at night were clear. Tents clean and beds comfy. Kitchen facilities were basic and you needed to bring stuff with you which we didn't as we were just there for a short time. Colorado City was a very short drive away and had all the
amenities we needed. The pancakes in the morning were more like crepes than fluffy American pancakes, which weren't to our taste.

location
Worst experience camping ever. Dance party at 9pm blasting from the back of a truck, miley cyrus and lil john, to kids screaming until 1am, the owners didn’t even try to stop, most likely since the fine people making all the noise where carrying guns. and they woke up at 6am to start cackling at the top of their lungs.
Do not go here if you want any peace and quiet, go here if you want trashy Reno/Vegas in the middle of Zion.

got the most expensive site and it was under construction while we stayed. Selected the premium package to have our own camp pit, shower, bathroom, etc but the fire pit wasn’t ready. Was trying to get some nice some fire time with my partner which we did not get.

this is a must !!! amazing location, great host, friendly dog. tents are fully equipped.
not the property’s fault, just make sure to bring an extra pair of shoes. it can be a little muddy if it rains. but hey, it’s camping. totally normal. :)
