Facility close to the beach, pool and the friendly people

I visited the property 2 year ago. And I saw it need more maintenance. The carpet is old. Some furniture has signal of were. But in general is ok. We are planning to ga back next year.

It was clean!! Loved having everything on hand for example washer and dryer. Pool was amazing!!!

Mattress on the beds definitely need an upgrade made our backs sore. The beach is definitely crowed we mainly went at 5 late afternoon but spent mornings at the pool.

Since we weren't able to get a room on the beach, I was pleased that the room was only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. It was also convenient to the put put golf area. The best feature was the Beach House restaurant located at the beach. We were able to leave our bags and chairs on the beach, walk up to the restaurant for lunch and dinner, and enjoy a meal overlooking the water. The pool at the Luau was very nice and my kids really enjoyed it.

The door leading out to the balcony did not lock. One of the pull out couch beds was broken and we had to request a blanket- only a sheet and pillow case was provided. We arrived after 5 pm so my kids had to cover up with beach towels we brought because housekeeping was closed. We had booked 7 days and were only provided with one roll of toilet paper, 1 small bar of soap, 1 trash bag for kitchen, 0 trash bags for bathroom. When I requested more from housekeeping I was told they do not supply more. For the amount of money we paid for the room, we should have been given more supplies for the number of days we rented. The room definitely needs some updating and repairs made.

When we arrived we called for clarification about check in. The person who answered the phone was rude and told us we didn’t need a code for the garage which we did need.
