The owners/staff were very professional, organized and attentive. They took care of details well. The location was perfect, next to the Wall entrance and the main gate. Since I have some walking issues, they offered to pick me up at the port and then help me with my luggage to their hotel. They did the same when I left for the airport. Their charges were very reasonable. The room was lovely and included a kitchenette.

Loved the hosts and the location. Bang in the middle of everything and one of the few places where you don't have to drag luggage up 100s of steps! Couldn't have picked a better place! We also took the airport pick up which was super convenient and affordable!

An excellent experience with very good service aswell! We could check in earlier than stated and everything was still ready in the room. We had forgotten some stuff on the room when we checked out, but we received them afterwards because the owner had arranged so that we could still store our bags at the hotel. Very kind and that's service as it should be. 10/10.

location was brilliant - in the old city and very close to the main street but very quiet down a side alley the welcome from Gasper - he was a brilliant tour guide and told us exactly what we should be doing over the 3 days large, bright very welcoming room

Great place, it was big, clean and comfortable. Perfect location in the old city! Our host Gasper gave us the warmest welcome and gave us useful tips for our stay in Dubrovnik. Highly recommended!

A bit noisy as it has bars under but nothing major. When windows are closed it is barely noticeable.

Tucked in the heart of old town, you could literally walk everywhere! Gasper also got in touch with us before even arriving to give us tips. When we got there, he gave lots of recommendations and background about the city so basically didn’t need to join the walking tours!

Just be mindful that it’s in the heart of the city so a few restos and tourists surround the hotel.

excellent large room and facility in top location

The location is outstanding, only 160m from Pile Gate - 120m along the historic, picturesque Stradun esplanade then 40m along a side street (see photo). The apartment was modern, very well presented, very clean, comfortable and felt very safe. The host was very friendly and helpful. The minimalist bathroom was very clean with walk-in shower, wc and basin. The shower had a fixed partition - no need for an ugly curtain or door to contain the water. The bed was king-size and very comfortable (as all beds should be these days). The kitchenette was equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob and kettle. Other facilities included small table and two chairs, bedside tables, convenient entrance bench / luggage space, wardrobe, kitchen cupboards. The entrance hall to the property is nicely presented (see photo). The apartment is up a few stairs. Would we consider staying here again? Definitely.

There was a flat screen TV which was not intuitive to use. As the on-screen menu was in Croatian, I quickly gave up. If we had needed it we would have asked the host how to use it.

The location was just perfect, exactly in the city center and walkable to all the attractions in Dubrovnik. We could always come back to the apartment during the day when we needed to as it was close. The restaurants and supermarket were also all in walkable distance. We received all the information about the place from Dino during check in. Overall the stay was just perfect and as per the expectation.

The apartment was in Ground floor, it would have been better to have something in the 2nd or 3rd floor.

The hosts were really nice and friendly and the location was amazing, with really close proximity to Pile Gate, a small supermarket opposite, and a bakery just down the street. We highly recommend this apartment.

There was some noise from the diners right below the apartment but it didn't really bother us, as we were so tired from a whole day of sightseeing that we fell asleep easily.

Our stay at Dubrovnik was very pleasant, we had an lovely host Gasper who welcomed & received us as we arrived & told us to our hotel. He was very accommodating & was readily available on whatapp whenever we needed anything. The room was perfect & very comfortable! Nice & clean. Perfect location & we even came back to our hotel refreshed & then head out during evenings. We would love to visit Dubrovnik again & also stay at the same hotel. Everything was very convenient! Highly recommend.

The location in old town was great. Surrounded by restaurants and bars but not very noisy and within a few minutes walking you could get to the pier or the Pile gate for taxi transport to/from the airport. There was a small supermarket right across from the apartment too which came in handy a few times. The owner gave us some great tips for things to see and do and the room was very comfortable with great AC.

Gasper is an amazing host. He takes the time to give a detailed welcome brief and history of Dubrovnik. Charming and welcoming beyond expectations.

You couldn't ask for a better location or apartment in the old town of Dubrovnik. For such a central location, the room is fresh and well sound proofed so it was a wonderful oasis during our stay. Gasper and Dino were very kind, accommodating and helpful hosts and even helped us find COVID test centres for our return travel.

Apartments Giron was probably one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at in my life. If not #1. From the moment we landed in Dubrovnik, Gasper had coordinated a car to come pick us up. We made it to the center of Dubrovnik where Đino greeted us and helped us to the apartment. It honestly felt like the start of our holiday as we weren't stressed about how to find the apartment or where to go. The apartment itself is located PERFECTLY! We didn't even have to take any stairs to get to the apartment, which is quite abnormal for Dubrovnik and incredibly convenient. You'll never be more than 15 minutes away from everything--including the beaches or transportation. Gasper was always accessible on his phone. He even made a reservation for us on our behalf at an incredibly nice restaurant. Whenever we saw him or Đino, we were greeted by smiles and overall friendliness. Gasper's advice on day 1 on what to do in Dubrovnik was what helped us map out our stay, which was great. All in all, I intend to recommend it to fellow traveler's who might be headed to Dubrovnik :) We had such a lovely stay and were sad to leave!

The location is so central, perfect for solo travellers. You are right in the heart of the old town. The hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, giving plenty of advice about sight seeing. The apartment is secure and private. The bedroom is beautifully decorated and the bed is so luxurious. No street noise audible in the apartment. The kitchenette is well equipped. The bathroom is a bit dated but spotlessly clean.

The location is central, although the old town in small so not the most important aspect. The facilities were good enough for my to make a breakfast or light lunch. The bedroom was spacious, very comfortable and modern. The owner provided excellent communication and information upon arrival.

Absolutely fabulous, just off main Street but no noise to bother you due to the glazed windows. Supremely comfortable bed. Lovely welcome from the host who also offer pick up from airport. Highly recommended.
