Spacious apartment and a great central location,apartment was well equipped and very warm.would highly recommend apartment and Andrienn was very helpful.

The elevator

The location is central. Very close to bars restaurants and transport. Everything within walking distance. Tgi fridays kfc mcds burger king all close by as well as a wide range of hungarian and european style restaurants. Davy Byrnes bar and Becketts bar are 2 great Irish bars within 100 metres(Becketts bar next door). All serve food and drink all reasonably priced. So all good. Oh and Adrienn will look after you very well. A friendly face to help with any questions you have.

not great to stay if you are not a 'night owl'. restaurant downstairs played loud music on Friday untill 1:30am. we had to leave for our flight at 4am...so one hour sleep wasn't great for us. The windows are not isolating anything, any door opened /closed form outside can be heard. Although the location and the apartment were perfect, we won't be back as we do love our sleep

Big , renovated and confortable flat. In the city center near to restaurants, bars, main attractions but it is very quiet. We had a great time in Budapest.

The positives. location for transport is great. Easy to access compared to some other apartments ive stayed in in Budapest over the years. Very secure which is a must for Budapest. Adrienne was helpful and polite. Taxi service provided by the apartment was good as well. Pretty much most things you would need in the apartment for your stay. Budapest is an amazing city which evolves every time we visit. From my first visit 18 years ago when I first met my wife there, it has changed beyond measure. From amazing architecture all the way from a bohemian feel to neo brutalist communist structures it has it all. The spars are incredible as is the café culture that spans the city. The palatinus spa on Magret island is a must if you have kids it rivals the best waterparks in America. Please visit if cities are your thing it is up there with the best in Europe.

The beds where awful. Considering I spent nearly £2000 on this apartment which is £350 more than the usual one we stay in close by, they where appalling. We where re assured on our last day that they where due to be changed. Not really much comfort considering we have just spent 2 weeks there. Found that a little insulting if I'm honest. Location. Yes its great for the various different routes of transport and the oktagon is a great crossover point allowing you to get anywhere in the city with relative ease. However, the apartment is 1st floor above Beckets Irish bar which is ridiculously noisy to the early hours. Also, Liszt square is a sleeping point for lots of the city homeless people. On the whole they do their thing and ignore you but on 3 occasions we where accosted. I've 2 young kids it was not pleasant. Would report it to the Rendorseg but they're not interested. Please bear this in mind if you book here. Like lots of these apartments in Budapest the lift is frankly rubbish. The apartment was first floor so not really an issue for us apart from case moving on first and last day. However if you need the lift it was working for 5 days out of the 14 and had a weight limit of 170kg. Its also the size of a shoe box. you are warned. Considering how much we paid for the place on top of others in the same general location the only benefit was the size of the main room and the aircon. lots of tatty bits on the apartment that you don't pickup on in the photos. Plug socket live wires hanging out of the wall. towel rail hanging off the wall. Broken chair, Lights in the store room broken. Just bits I know but we pointed this out on day 3 and where met with a shoulder shrug and a smile. Not really what you expect for the money. The real bad point was the constant drilling and hammering from 7am to 5pm from the building work next door. Meant staying in the apartment during the day was ruined.

It is my 3rd time in Karma Boutique. The appartment is very big, with airco and with a living room and a kitchen. In the street several restaurants. Hop-on Hop-off next to the appartment.

We had an amasing stay, the apartment is gorgeous, perfectly located having all the equipment and comfort needed. With the very helpful manager we were in the best hands and had a fabulous stay. Anytime again! Thanks so much!

Great location. Very clean and spacious with all necessary equipment. Quiet, although in a busy area with restaurants and bars as it has double windows. Instructions for arrival were very clear.

Clean spacious apartment. Nicely decorated and furnished. The location was perfect for going out in the evening.Adrien was very nice and she even got us an upgrade.

Everything was ok. Adrienn was very kind.

Hygiene: we killed at least 5 cockroaches.

Group of 19 stayed. Excellent location walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Irish pub downstairs very convenient to meet for drinks and sport. Would recommend for groups travelling to Budapest
