The staff is very very friendly and helpful! Location is great too.

Nice location - really close to the beach, some restaurants and supermarkets Very kind and responsive staff - we had some issues and they answered the phone and fixed it immediately Quite clean - making the beds and taking out the trash daily - changing towels and bedding ~ every third day - and always with a nice attitude and a smile A small pool for 10 people (and some kids) - the water was cold because it is in the shadows of some trees, but clean! They have a chubby and talkative tomcat!

Kinda old stuff and not renewed/restored. Some tiles were loose on the floor. The pillows, the bed and the bedding felt really used. They had some issues with the water pressure, but the most annoying thing was that when we tried to make the water colder it would get in an instant to freezer water temperature. The solution we found was to let the sync run on hot water so when we changed the shower to colder water, the hot water would still run. But this solution butchered the pressure some more. We mentioned the issue and they really tried to fix it for us but the “boiler” would not have it. In the sea view room the sun was shinning through the windows since sunrise making the room red thanks to the red curtains. Not a problem but the drapes were not blackout and there was a lot of light in the morning. In the normal room the sun would shine after 9 - 9:30 and they had blackout curtains. If no new drapes can be bought maybe change them between rooms.

The hotel is very close to the beach, you can see it from the balcony. This part of the beach is generally nice and the prices for umbrellas and sunbeds have been reduced to 5 leva. The property has a central location but it’s still calm. You can go for walks, there are small supermarkets very close by, a lot of restaurants. The hotel has a pool, which is small and old, but clean. You can reserve a parking space. The owners were helpful. The closest beach bar is XO but they play a lot of loud music around 3 pm. We recommend Blue Bar instead, their coffee is way better too.

It can get pretty hot inside the rooms even when it’s not that hot outside. Taking a shower can be challenging as the water constantly switches from boiling hot to freezing cold, you can rarely balance it. The pool was generally okay but since it’s old, after I leaned onto one of its walls, I tore my swimsuit a little bit, so beware of that. Keep in mind: you may have an issue if you’re allergic to cats, as there are cats hanging around in the garden, by the pool. The owners take care of them, so they come by very often.

All else was good.

Taking a bath was a hard experience. It was difficult to put the hot water in the shower to a good level and even then cold water was going in. At the evenings, it seemed better than the mornings.

Spacious and clean room with very clean and big toilet, comfortable bed and a terrace with very beautiful view of the sea. The receptionists were very professional, veeery friendly, too much kind and helpful for any info you might need. They deserve to be Managers of the hotel :). The hotel is only steps from the beach, so the location is great, and you don't need to bring all equipment on the beach; you can go back in your hotel for whatever you like to take or miss without bothering the distance at all. Around the place there is no loud music, the bars are fairly distant so you can get good sleep. I got more value for money, definitely!
