1. I booked taxi from airport, which cost 50euro! Although I requested hotel to book taxi, and asked them about the price, they never replied. We ended up paying 50euro which is 10times more than uber, and even more expensive than berlin or amsterdam! If hotel answered my question, I would never book it. And when I asked them what to do, they just said that is how it is.. 2. They put 1 towel for 2 people double room, and it took them 1hour to bring 2nd towel..

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members. From the front desk staff to the ones taking care of the eating area. Great location.

The room we were given this time had some blackish spots on the bathroom ceiling. Looked like mold. And the carpet had a big stain about 4-6 inches wide. Also the the toilet area was too tight. One needs hand support to sit or get up.

The staff are always so humble and helpful. It is easy getting around from the hotel. Its sort of central to any direction. Its located opposite a mall.

There is nothing I can say for this part. I don't think there was anything I disliked except for the mosquitos which is everywhere. A bit of mosquito repellent and you good!
