pool area was dirty and sunbeds were broken not as close to town as is advertised outside area was dirty and the house had a damp smell

Nice house well located and close to Puerto Banus. The house is spacious and super bright. Aitor and Maria took great care of us and helped us with all our requests. They kept our bags for us and advised us of the best restaurants and nightclubs in the area. All the hot spots are less than 5 minutes away by car. Taxi and Uber charged us €6-8 each way. Very reasonable. We hope to return in the summer. Thank you

Good house and location.

We liked the house very much. It has a lot of light and is very large and comfortable for a large group or family. The beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to all the trendy places and 3 minutes from Puerto Banus by car. Maria and Aitor helped us a lot. Upon departure they returned the deposit very quickly. We will love to return.

All was super nice. Big and clean house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bath. Aitor and Maria are incredible and super helpful. Really close to Puerto Banus and Beach, less than 4 minutes by car. Is a corner house with a nice tropical garden with big palms. There are two private pools: Babies and Adults. Location is the best. Close to main fashion restaurants and beach clubs. Super recomendable. We will be back for sure1!

the amount of showers for everyone to get ready. great communication from the hosts

it was a little run down could do with some updating I.e plug sockets coming off wall and felt like it needed a freshen up, also lack of full length mirrors. more instructions needed for cooking.

The downstairs was lovely and the villa was in a great location. The hosts were good at responding and were flexible

All rooms needed aircon rather than a fan. The pool had gates around it (different to what is pictured).

the property is spacious and all the rooms are good size. the garden is also lovely and nice to sit out there. plenty of bathrooms and space in the kitchen and living room too. the pool is very close and lovely too. we often were the only ones there. supermarket is close and a €6 Uber to get into marbs centre.

the top floor isn't very well laid out and there is a lack of furniture so just a low rail to hang clothes and a chest of drawers. the property also could do with decorating as paint work looks a bit tired. they also state that if no one is staying the night before you can access the villa but they actually charged us €75 even though it was clear it had been empty the day before.
