Die Mitarbeiter sind wie immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Bin des Öfteren dort, jedoch war dieses mal leider nicht so gut wie die letzten Male! Habe bereits per booking eine eventuelle Zusage für ein upgrade bekommen, musste Vorort jedoch einen Aufpreis zahlen. Im Sommer war dies nicht der Fall. Ausserdem waren auf den Nachttischen Flecken sowie Abdrücke von Vornutzern. Des Weiteren war die Lüftung so laut, dass man wirklich nicht eine Nacht in Ruhe schlafen konnte! Ich war ehrlich gesagt dieses mal sehr enttäuscht!

Hotel location is perfect. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Additionally, they left some gifts for my son (shampoo, conditioner, slipper) to our room. If i come to thessaloniki again, i stay electra palace.

Amazing location, it's very easy to walk to everything in the center. Lovely hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms. Efficient AC/heating system. The buffet breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was very nice.

Room service options were very limited, especially for children. I think this could be improved.

Breakfast was very good, nicely on the rooftop, plenty of variety for savoury and sweet. The staff was mostly nice! Late check-out with no extra costs and the spa is very simple (short pool and small sauna), but nice. Very comfortable bed!

The size of the room was super small, barely have space for suitcases.

Очень неудобные подушки. постель меняли очень редко, уборка комнат - средняя. Меню ресторана и качество пищи Азиатского ресторана низкого уровня, замените шефа или контролируйте качество пиши.
