Perfect central location, amazing breakfast, and an extremely comfortable room.

the staff are very friendly and welcoming. the location is fantastic the breakfast is wonderful the decor of the hotel is cool and quirky

there is absolutely no sound proofing between the outside of the rooms, inside the walk way areas of the hotel and as others have said the street outside is also very noisy. it felt like everyone who walked past our room was actually inside the room with us ( and I had ear plugs in). not a great place to get a good nights sleep.

First thing we need to mention about this wonderful hotel is the "staff"...... They are the cutest people I have ever seen in a hotel. They are all both kind and super helpful. Not only at the checking but they were really great during all our stay. We had to leave early in the morning and the hotel prepared a breakfast bag for us which is rated 11/10... :)

Almost nothing. We would love to have a place to unpack, there was no cupboard, only a small hanger, not enough for 3 nights.

Young and friendly stuff, ready to help or answer any of your questions. The hotel’s design is also amazing! You can get some of the merchandise for your house by the reception store.:) Next door you find The Cafe Modernist where you can get great coffee, snacks and sweets, as well some nice merch from the Modernist brand.

Sometimes it’s noisy if you have room to the main street, but honestly, didn’t bother much knowing that you are jn the heart of the city.

Charming hotel in the very heart of the city. Rooms with specific theme wich catches you joyfully. The stuff is amasing group of happy, welcoming people, they make you feel special. I liked everything!

Very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were compact but cosy, stylish and very clean. I liked that they promoted their own products in the bathroom and not some generic brand. The breakfast was amazing, great variety. Overall, definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

A hotel that “treats its guests not as clients but as honoured guests,” according to one of its employees. It’s clean and comfortable with excellent beds. We were most impressed with the welcoming, friendly and professional staff. The location is perfect: central and within walking distance to all important sites, including historic, cultural and religious sites. The amenities are outstanding and so is breakfast, which is included in the price.

Everything. From the service, to the exceptional breakfast we had. We were really impressed by the whole package that the Modernist is offering, making a brand of itself and at the same time giving you really warm welcome.

What is not to like!

Location of the hotel is perfect, the reception services were so good and hospitably. The room was as promised in the reservation. Special thanks to Ms.Cansu from reception. I will prefer the same hotel when I visit Selanik again.
