Island House is a great place I would highly recommend. Ios is known as a party island but this accomodation is great for families enjoying the Ios vibe but looking for a calm and relaxing place to stay. It’s located in a quiet location just behind Mylopotas beach (5 min walk), beautiful and nicely renovated rooms with good beds that are spotless and are cleaned every day. The swimmingpool is big enough, with good sunbeds and has a covered area for shadow (which was nice during the heatwave!). We spent quite some time there instead on the beach. The last bonus are the owners and the Greek hospitality: always super friendly and helpful, making great coffees and snacks and offering pick ups from and to the port for free.

The family is just great and you feel so welcome! We‘ve been there the 2nd time and for sure not the last. Always follow the restaurant recommendations but have breakfast at home 😎

Hosts were so kind, accommodating and helpful. Property was close to town but not too close to the late night parties. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. Food was fresh and very tasty. Property and rooms were clean and well maintained.

Beds were pretty firm for our tastes.

We loved the hotel, the pool area and stuff was very very friendly. The Covid-hygiene level was amazing - the best we had experienced in 6 Weeks on the Greek islands. The breakfast and food is very yummie. Thank you and stay save!

The transfers from the port to the accommodation and return were on time and easy to arrange via a quick text. staff were flexible with our check in times. The staff were extremely helpful during our stay. Hotel was clean, Had everything we needed in our room. 5 minute walk to beach. Great value for money.

From the moment the host picked us up at the port they were so accommodating. Let us know all about ios and the best things to do. The accommodation itself was immaculate, and the breakfast in the morning was next level. Great facilities too with the swimming pool, sunbeds etc. I loved staying here and would definitely come back again.
