Very convenient location. Close to Seoul station and some nice restaurants around.

The room was very very small and squishy. I don't think it would've been practical for more than one night

In relation to other accommodation, the hostel has a very good price and the location is right next to the metro and bus stops

Thw hostel doesn't have an elevator, it could be tidier and could use some renovation. The breakfast can't even be called breakfast. In the kitchen there was only toasted bread and some cereals

Location is quite central to the hotspots and really close to the metro.

Rooms to match images provided. The bathroom was way smaller than what was advertised. To the point that to shower i had to lean over the toilet.

The receptionists are very helpful and accommodating! The man helped me carry my bags to my room. He also answered any questions or concerns I had. There is also a lovely lady who helped me decide which public transport option is best for me to go to the airport. I did not have any trouble communicating at all. They understood what I needed and if there was any complicated vocab I would use a translator and it would do the trick. Overall very respectful, kind, and attentive people. The hostel is everything you would expect to get from a hostel, nothing too fancy but it was handy and functional! The location is also great for me as I had to commute back and forth from the COEX. I booked a single room which was perfect for one person a bit tiny but I did not mind that. There was no dedicated shower area just a shower head connected to the sink which I was okay with it did the trick perfectly. The hostel provides basic breakfast items such as coffee, milk, 2 types of cereal, butter, jam, and toast. There is also a water cooler which dispenses hot and cold water. There are plenty kitchen utensils and tools and a medium size fridge you can store your food items in. There is also a mini fridge in the room. The hostel itself and the room are extremely clean (and I have very high standards of cleanliness). You would always smell fresh flowers whenever you come into the reception!

I am not sure if there is a certain process that I need to initiate to get the room cleaned. Throughout my 8 night stay my room didn't get cleaned neither did the garbage bin get changed. I think I needed to press a certain button to notify the staff that I needed cleaning ( its not an automatic thing). I had to take my own trash downstairs to the kitchen to throw it in the garbage cans while considering the type of trash im disposing off. I didn't mind doing it at all, its just like living at home you need to take your own garbage out. I also didn't mind that my room didn't get cleaned because I was always outside I only needed my room at night to sleep in. I think generally in South Korea garbage disposal has certain strict rules. For example, garbage needs to be separated into different categories for recycling purposes and people would get fined if they dont follow the rules. I didn't fully understand the procedure but thats what I know so far. When I arrived at the hostel location I expected the reception to be on the ground floor. Instead the reception is on the first floor you would have to come in the door and climb the stairs first before seeing the reception desk. At first I was confused because the ground floor was dark and there was no sign telling me to go up stairs. The building from outside looks like a residential building and there is a small sign saying k grand hostel. I would suggest you place another sign inside the building telling the guests to go upstairs. Just for extra clarification! Thank you for making my stay in Seoul a comfortable one!

the hotel is cheap but clean and you have the bare minimum. the location is great and the staff are so nice, they arranged everything so si could check in earlier. too bad there is no elevator that’s the only negative point. But the staff helped me carry my luggage.
