Villa Alexander es una hermosa villa de estilo palacio encalada que es un poco clásico, un poco más contemporánea y un poco raro! Ubicado en exuberantes jardines, con grandes terrazas alrededor de la piscina privada de aguas turquesa. La gran terraza de la piscina, el comedor con balcón, los muebles de exterior funky relajantes y los hermosos jardines de palmeras, flores, árboles cítricos y frondosos bordes lo definen como una de las villas de vacaciones más hermosas de la zona. Una de las razones por las cuales los invitados regresan año tras año y lo describen como "impresionante".
El nivel de entrada es una sala de estar abierta, amueblada con cómodos sofás, una estufa de leña (por lo que todas las noches son cálidas durante todo el año) y una elegante y moderna cocina totalmente equipada con nevera, lavavajillas, horno y gas quemador. Este nivel se abre a un gran balcón con vistas a los jardines, terrazas inferiores y la piscina con una mesa de comedor que se sentará ocho y un sofá y sillas de exterior ideal para la noche o antes de la cena bebidas.
En la planta baja se encuentra la sala de la piscina, luminosa, amplia y fresca, con un sofá modular extenso, televisor inteligente de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Una chimenea de esquina lavado blanco hace que el lugar brillo y da un convite caliente fabuloso para los que se quedan durante la primavera y finales de otoño, temporada de invierno. Otro placer especial en este nivel es un dormitorio principal y cuarto de baño lejos del resto de las habitaciones. I have just stayed for 1 month at Villa Alexandra for the 2nd time.
We were a family of 8 with 5 children 11-16 the villa never seems crowded has a table tennis which went down a treat and the pool area is very private compared to other villas in the area.
10 minutes walk to Hisaranu and a bus (15p) or taxi ride £3 to the beach which takes 5 mins to Oludinez.
Communication with the property manager Mustopher is excellent he literally is on call for any problem. We left the key in the villa he was there in 10 minutes and the washing machine door wouldn’t open we had a new washing machine in 2 hours.
Any information you need he will answer you. Also thanks Jay 2nd time you did what it says on the tin.

Pleased with the layout and position of the villa. It was inspirational watching the early morning sun appear over the top of the Babadags. It was only a short walk into Hisaronu and a short taxi ride into Oludeniz. The pool area was cleaned everyday but unfortunately there were a few issues with the fixtures and fittings. We advised the property manager and invited him to come over and have a look. We did let him know that it did not detract from our holiday but it would benefit future holidaymakers.

Great villa in a great location
A brilliant holiday, the villa is amazing and very spacious.
There has clearly been a winter face lift! lots of new ammenities such as a ping pong table which was perfect to keep the kids entertained! And also a lovely new bbq on the balcony / porch area.
Shout out to Mustafa who was on hand 24/7!
I would recommend this villa to anyone, we hope to come back in the future!

My wife and I took our little children to meet the in laws for a pre Christmas holiday!
The outdoor space was perfect with the bonus of a heated pool. Mustafa was very helpful, answering any questions we had and booked restaurants and taxis for us.
Overal we had a great trip and would come back.

The place was once clearly pretty good, but now a lot of things are very well used or broken. They are still functional mostly, but it leaves an unfortunate aftertaste.
Communication with the manager was a bit of hit and miss:
- some requests (like missing glasses) he addressed quickly and painlessly
- others (like missing duvets) he chose to ignore for days until we gave up
There was nothing deal breaking though, nicely decorated spacious place, 6 minutes by taxi to the beach, a small shop in waking distance, etc - ask in all 4 stars are well earned and with a bit of renovation investment could easily become 5 stars again

Before booking the villa we ensured that we looked at photos, checked amenities, and most importantly checked reviews. The reviews go years back so we were confident booking, but after arriving it was clear that maintenance has not been carried out on the villa over the years. Therefore, we do not feel it is worth the price.
Pros: good location (hill is steep so probably would not recommend for anyone who may struggle with this), garden is fairly intimate, working washing machine, good fridge/freezer and gas hob, good wifi, good A/C.
Cons: when we arrived there were dirty towels left in the washing machine, and all the ‘clean’ towels on the beds smelled like damp/sweat, so we had to wash all of the towels when we first arrived. The bathroom was also filthy, showers were disgusting and full of black and yellow stuff, maybe mold? Floors were filthy also and turned your fleet black, they had clearly not been cleaned. Everything in the kitchen was also pretty filthy, pots and pans with old food on them, the kettle full of limescale and unusable- had to boil a pot for hot drinks (this was all very disappointing considering cleaning fees). We sent pictures to property management and their response was ‘try to chill and enjoy your holiday’ - not the response we wanted, we felt our concerns were not being taken seriously. They sent back two cleaners who had two bottles of bleach and some rags, they did a shoddy job of bleaching the showers then left. No other cleaning was done, again disappointing considering cleaning fees. The dishwasher is on its last legs, door is broken, nothing comes out clean. Most disappointing for us is probably the misleading ad, stating a ‘whirl pool’, there is no such thing in the villa, just a regular pool with two small sections each side and regular jets like any other pool would have. There were other missing amenities too- ad stated there was a grill on the balcony and there wasn’t.
This villa is more expensive than others in the area, we were happy to pay this as when comparing the ads it seems this villa had much better amenities (and we assumed they would be in good condition). It was therefore disappointing to find that there were missing/unusable amenities. The ad (in our opinion) is very misleading, beware of the wide lense camera because it makes everything look bigger than it is, especially the garden. Overall we would not stay in the villa again.

Beautiful Villa, with an amazing outdoor area perfectly designed to relax around the large swimming pool with our young family and friends. Jay & Mustafa we’re very informative and helped with everything from transfers to taxis to booking dinner reservations. I will certainly be coming back next year, we had the best stay at this amazing villa and in beautiful turkey.

The Villa was clean and had all the amenities mentioned in the listing, however we did think that the Villa and the grounds needed some TLC. The trees needed trimming down as the dead leaves and twigs were falling in the pool and also shaded the pool from 2pm. The balcony could do with more lighting and nets which were on the pictures but were not there.. All in all it didn’t spoil our holiday, we had a brilliant time. Mustafa was great and sorted lots of our transport out for day trips and airport runs.

A brilliant holiday. The Villa is amazing. The pool was brilliant for our kids and Mustafa was always on hand to help us with anything. He booked our taxis, sorted restaurants, sorted beach and even organised take seats for us. He is a great assist to the Villa. The Villa has everything you need and shops are in 5 minute walking distance, whilst the town is a bit touristy the location of the Villa means you are away from the crowds and can enjoy a truly memorable holiday. Don’t hesitate just book it now!

Just returned from a covid delayed holiday to this villa with family and friends. The villa is situated out of town so you get a peaceful stay in a fantastic villa. There is a shop in short walking distance with Olu Deniz a short 5 minute taxi journey away. Taxis are in abundance so car hire is not really required. Mustaffa is only a text away and a very helpful chap who set up our boat trip which was great , the captain and crew a nice family laid on a great trip with a lovely meal. Would reccomend if you want a big villa away from it all.

Peace and Sun

Unbelievable stay
We went on a family holiday to celebrate family birthdays and had a fantastic time. The house was much better than expected and had lots of space for relaxing and entertaining.
The pool is heated and the outdoor area is beautifully looked after. All bedrooms are good sizes, with the top floor rooms having beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding areas.
The house is 5/10 mins from lots of easy restaurants however the nicer dining is about 15/20 min taxi away. Mustafa makes the whole trip the easiest experience. You never have to think about anything as he is always there to recommend, book restaurants and organise travel l.
He organised a beautiful private boat trip for us which was unbelievable value for money. Jay was constantly checking in also to see if we needed anything. You have the privacy of the villa but the benefit of local experts making sure you have the best trip.
Will be back soon!

The villa was beautiful. Lots of space for the five of us, as the property is split over three floors. Comfy beds and sofas, outdoor dining on the balcony and a heated pool. The kitchen was well equipped and the sun loungers around the pool area were comfortable and perfect for relaxing.
We did use the local taxis as the walk to the town was too far for my mother. But at the price of £2 per journey, we did not mind.
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us use your lovely property.

Lucky
We had a fabulous stay at this villa. We were so lucky just to get away in these difficult times and felt the privacy in the villa reassuring as the gardens are established and the villa is not overlooked by anyone. There is a taxi button down the hill a bit from the villa so useful for shopping or going to the beach. The villa is fully equipped and the enclosed balcony was well used for eating and havi g a couple of drinks in the evening.

A relaxing week in a modern and spacious villa.
The Villa exceeded our expectations, everything about the villa was perfect for our family of four. It was spacious, clean and private which was exactly what I was looking for. My children and I loved spending hours by the pool which was cleaned regularly by the maintenance team. The communication with Marc the owner of the property was excellent and made it easier to book with confidence I will be hopibg to return to villa Alexender as the week stay wasn't enough. Some of our favourite features of the villa were :-
1) location to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and night life.
2) spacious and modern with some fantastic views of the mountains
3) The pool and privacy of the pool was perfect for someone looking for some peace and quiet.
4) secure and safe villa with a friendly management and maintenance team.
Overall we all had a great time at the Villa and we would highly recommend. :)

This is a clean and spacious villa with a great working kitchen. Ample beds, good air con systems and I like the lighting. The pool is cool for the hot days which worked for us. Plenty of space poolside. The TV downstairs is good for listening to music when at the pool. The showers are in good working order. Towels are a really welcome offer.
As was the welcome back with several cold beers and a bread stick etc. Thanks for that ! The views from our upstairs bedroom was great.
Only a 10 minute walk into main shops. Easy enough. On a hill but not massive. You might struggle if unfit or have walking difficulties but this will go for most ovacik villas.
Main issues for us was the Internet not working with a 4 and 5 year old boys. Had to use 4g at £110 over the course of the week. Did ask (Mustafa) for support with this but not much happened. To his credit, he did come out at 9pm and have a go.
The property could do with an alarm system imo and more secure rear door.

Great family holiday villa
Kids really loved it, pool and surrounds lovely and clean. Not over looked and a great place to make a base for exploring and sampling the Ölüdeniz area of Turkey. Marc was a pleasure to deal with and communication was excellent. As was Mustapha who was a superstar in helping with local information and sorting out small niggles.

Very spacious villa in quiet but convenient location
One of the largest villas we’ve seen in Turkey with a large balcony leading out from the kitchen. Garden is private and pool a good size. Location is good particularly if you want to head to Olu Deniz beach. Good communications from Marc and we’ll definitely look to stay again when we’re next in Turkey. Thanks Marc.

Amazing holiday villa - will definitely be back😍
From booking Marc the property owner was happy to answer any enquiries timeously, made whole booking process seamless and so reassuring that everything taken care of. Upon arrival gorgeous villa was spotless, with nice welcome pack in fridge. Teeny bit disappointed on arrival that the poolside dining set was off being replaced, but regardless was still fab
Mustafa, tpeace of mind contact) gave us number for contact 24/7 . We had no issues with villa at all, other than we requested heating turned up as we are wooses😂�😂� the next day the pool heating was sublime!! The villa is set around 20 mins slow bimble to town centre ( culture shock from peacefulness of villa!!🙉�🙈�) But dont be put off by neon chaos- some amazing restaurants around, with a taxi home only 17 lira which in all of our opinions was perfect! Can't wait to come back ! Thank you marc!

Beautiful villa
The property is beautiful and in a good location for local amentities. We stayed for 2 weeks. Marc is very good and the booking and communication was great. We had a few issues with the villa but we didnt let it spoil our holiday.

We stayed for 12 nights. Fantastic villa! The villa has everything you need, excellent welcome package. Brilliant transfer. Nothing too much trouble. Marc has been very good at communication all the way through out.
Mustafa who manages the villa is very friendly and helpful!! Pool and gardens taken care of every day, very well.
Mustafa bought round a fire stick so we could connect to you tube, was brilliant for our 2 year old, as he could watch cartoons.
Good location and beautiful area with plenty of choice of things to do.

Exceeded our expectations
Just come home from a superb holiday at this villa. From the time of booking, Marc was exceptionally attentive at all stages, answering any questions we had very quickly. The villa is outstanding and if I could award 6 stars I would have. If you are considering booking this villa, take my word, look no further. This villa had everything you need for a luxurious stay. The villa is a 15 minute leisurely stroll from the centre of hisaronu or 20 yards from a taxi call point which costs about 17 lira/£2.20.
I enjoyed a perfect 40th birthday at this villa and will definitely be booking again. We did have an issue with one of the toilet flushes during our stay and reported this to the management company, within 10 minutes the plumber attended and immediately fixed it. Nothing is too much bother for anyone linked with the booking.

Beautiful Private Villa
Stayed here at the beginning of May as part of a driving holiday around the Turquoise coast. It looks exactly as it does in the photo's, none of those clever angles or tricks to misrepresent. What as great was that weather was warm by the day but cool enough in the evenings for a fire. We even swam in the pool. Real gem.

thanks for letting us stay at the villa it was truly beautiful , the pool was lovely and warm and the kids pretty much stayed in there all day . Marian was very helpful when i messaged her regarding baby gates within 24hrs she arrived at the villa with baby gates for us . No issues at all with the villa , however if you are a group of females it may be a little out the way as lighting in the area is poor and may worry females to a degree , that is the only 1 thing i can say and thats nit picking , in would recommend this villa and i would certainly stay again .

Amazing Villa
Have just spent two weeks at this amazing villa. The pool area and outdoor sitting area are really lovely, everything you could want to sit and relax and enjoy your holiday.
The villa is situated in a quiet location but only a 10 minute walk into the town centre with all the bars and restaurants. Marion who looks after the villa is very helpful and friendly.
Would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends.

Nothing negative to say
Absolutely loved it. Before leaving I asked Marco for couple of favours and was willing to pay extra but he sorted it out for free.
Once we arrived Marian came and gave me full information of area and facilities available.
The villa is actually better than what it looks in pictures with everything maintained well.
Location is absolutely perfect with town centre and shops 5 minutes walk away.
Had a look at other villas in area and didn't come across a villa with bigger pool.
Had couple of issues with hot water and pool but once I rang Marian the help was there within minutes and problems were solved immediately.
I will give my experience 10 out of 10

Thanks Mark you have a very spacious villa for an extended family to stay in.
Your villa is in a good location for easy access to bars and restaurants. There is a good local shop that delivers drinks, bread salad, icecream ect. The seating areas are a good family space for relaxing. The pool area was great for my three small grandchildren.
Marion was a great help she arranged baby gates for all the stairways for us this made life a lot easier and safer.
Thanks to her and staff that look after your villa.

A fantastic holiday with family and friends

What can I say . From booking over a year in advance to actually arriving the whole thing was seem less . Communication was great and all the villa details were spot on .
Rooms clean tidy and very comfortable ,
The top terrace was fantastic to escape the sun with a drink and a book.
The pool is lovely and such great fun for us all.
The area is brilliant as a 10min walk to hisaronu for a breakfast , lunch , meal , drinks or a shop.
This is where we did our supermarket shopping .
We had a pamper session too and that was lovely .
10 mins on the bus and you arrive at the beautiful beach front if Olu deniz with bars , restaurants and beautiful coastline .
There are also shops .
I would highly recommend the trip to the gorge but arrange a private taxi and go early as it gets busy.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Marc and Marion for making our 2018 one to remember and we will be back .

We stayed at the villa in early June 2017. This is a fantastic villa, great pool, great chill out spaces and great location. There were 5 of us staying at the villa, which included my husband and I, our son (aged 4) and 2 grandparents. The villa has a range of different living spaces which are great and meant everyone could get some peace but when we wanted to be together there was plenty space to do this - very much a luxury for just the 5 of us.
We have been coming to Hisaronu/Oludeniz for a number of years now and have stayed in various locations and this villa is a perfect distance from the centre of Hisaronu(10mins to the centre but less to the first set of shops, restaurants and bars) and catching a bus to Oludeniz is also easy (bus stop less than 5 mins away) - and if you really need it there is a Taxi call button about 15m away from the front door.
We had a fantastic holiday and are looking forward to our next stay in this villa!
