Room didn’t match pictures and description. poorly appointed room, lot of construction all around. dirty bed sheets and bathroom. no towels. had to call housekeeping 10 times to get everything. Wi-Fi didn’t work. No bath fittings no way to keep things tidy. no doors on the closet.

Room door was opened in our absence. I had asked for Iron set , I got it after 30 mins on calling twice, there was no stand, how should I Iron my clothes,The entire property had only one iron set. later after few mins i got call from to return immediately after use, but told Would require for some mor time, , retained in the room. Later left to attend a Mariah’s function, on return , iron set was not there , Il iimmediately informed the Reception and he told he will find out and let me know in the morning..No updates. There was absolutely no information. Not a safe place and shortage of essentials like iron set with stand, No apology message , I feel they are are very casual.when I told them that I will escalate , that lady in the reception told to escalate. Unethical way of. doing things. without information rooms are getting opened in our absence. No information after taking the iron set also , unless I enquired. Horrible behaviour .

Thanks to Mr Madu the restaurant manager for all his help and professionalism. The bell boys were very nice.
