Apartment & facilities itself is good & comfortable surrounding & spacious etc, great location with trams down the road to get you round the city & few minutes away a underground (metro) & some shops + cafe's / restaurants outside so more less what you need if you want food / drinks & anything from the supermarket. The host Pedro is also helpful answering any questions you may have.

The hot water takes long time to get hot & even then it's not so hot but as the weather was warm this time of year, was not such a big problem itself but in winter..........also it was quite noisy one night (not from outside) but from within one of the apartment in the block - I don't know if it was anything to do with Lisbon Garden Retreat or another Apartment that has nothing to do with Pedro, I also agree with others about the electronic entry system, but luckily it was not issue for me as I taken time to read the instructions before arrival - yes it taken me few times to understand what to do, lol

Location…easy access to the train station…beautiful property with everything you need including outdoor area. Very high standards… loved staying there. Hidden gem

Lovely apartment, comfy beds, nice outside area

Getting in to the property was a bit of a nightmare as it often is with apartments, but the lady on the phone sorted it out for us

Close to the metro station, bed was ok. It did not look like on the photos.

Codes to enter facility did not work (late in the evening). Front door looks like house is abandoned. Apartment is decorated nicely, but it would be better to spend some money on front door and better cleaning. Water pressure is low in shower. Appliances in kitchen are visibly used.
