Absolutely everything. This hotel is a gem and with impeccable attention. The facilities of this colonial and fully renovated home are incredible. The staff starting with the owner, are all there for you. Javier, the night front desk Julio, if I am not incorrect, were attentive and super helpful. I strongly recommend this boutique and peaceful hotel with an unbeatable location

A quiet retreat in a busy city. This hotel is stunning, the attention to detail from decor to breakfast is outstanding. Simply can’t say enough about the bathroom—large shower with a view!

the owner has a talent for Parisian decor. the house, style, furniture and all decorations were gorgeous. very stylish and classy. the Christmas decorations were still up and made the house feel so warm and festive. the breakfast was lovely every morning. the hotel is in an upper class residential neighborhood but 2 streets away from the best restaurants. we walked everywhere even at night and felt safe. the staff were all friendly and professional. we’ll be back

the room didn’t have much natural light

The bed and sheets were excellent and so were the towels and the air conditioning. The staff were always willing to help.

The hot water wasn’t consistent, the blind in the room was broken in the down position. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The room safe wasn’t functioning. The toilet had a nozzle that was leaking.

Like every time we are staying here, Excellent Boutique Hotel. Fabulous Breakfast, great designer Rooms, great very helpful and pleasant staff Great value for money on a very quite but very central location.

Great location, comfy bed and excellent AC and shower. The breakfast was ok - very nicely served, and good juice, but otherwise quite basic. The staff were polite (though not especially warm). The main thing we didn’t like is it was sometimes hard to reach the front desk, for example to let us back in the building when we came back late at night. We felt bad waking them up each time, but we came to Cali to dance.

The hotel has a pretty high standard of service, is well located, feels "boutique" the way boutique is meant to be. And well, staff is just very nice and welcoming, with eye for detail and helpful in a few ways. Appreciated!

The breakfast was spectacular, modest meal, beautiful presentation and so delicious.

The hot water did go out for one day but was fixed as soon I brought it up to the staff.

Excellent location on a quiet side street near all the restaurants in Granada. Simple but comfortable and clean accommodations. Wonderful breakfast made to order. WiFi worked well. No complaints, great place!

Although it is said:” There’s always room for improvement” I can not mention anything they could do better, they were amazing, they went the extra mile and all the questions and requests I had for my days in Cali attending my cousin’s wedding.

Hosts were very welcoming and attentive. Good size room and bathroom. Shower was powerful and had hot water. Air con worked well.

Would prefer not to have a sliding door on bathroom as it doesn’t provide much privacy. Wi-Fi was a little slow in the room at times.

Super friendly staff, great location, delicious breakfast. We were upgraded to a better room because there was an issue with the booking system so we couldn't pay by card. This was a very nice detail.

Communication prior to arrival was a bit difficult. We had an issue with a double booking and never managed to reach the hotel by phone. However, the issue was solved very competently by the hotel staff after arrival.

The Leclerc Boutique Hotel is one of the few places which you would rate with a 11 or even 12! From the first minute you feel at home. Owner and staff provide all you need and daily even more, in the form of small and unexpected surprises, For me one of the most remarkable stays all over the world. No need to talk about the , cosy and well decorated rooms, maximum comfort, healty and daily changing breakfast, juices or coffee/tea during the day, space to do some work, etc., etc., Here you get so much more and to come back one day is granted. I travel a lot and I tell you: When being in Cali/Granada choose Leclerc, you will understand why.
