However the smells of the cabin were horrible. Wet smell in the master and sewage smell in the down stairs bathroom. The master shower has cracked tiles and a wet smell as well. The person I was texting was quick to respond and offer solutions.

There is virtually no lighting on the roads and it was incredibly hard to see the cabin signs. Our cabin was the last in the row. Parking was on a gravel hill. There was a small concrete pad at the base of the ramp to the cabin. If you tripped you would've fallen down the hill and broken your neck. There was some kind of access panel in the ground whose cover was broken. Dangerous tripping hazard. They were doing work on the cabin next to ours. The tarp was not secured and blew all over the parking area. We had a lovely view of a dumpster and port a potty when we walked out the front door. Indoor carpet was frayed. The interior was dated and needed some tlc (new caulking in the shower, etc.)

This trip to Gatlinbirg was for business, and I decided to bring my family (wife and 2 children) along to enjoy Gatlinburg. Unfortunately, my family could not enjoy the hot tub as the construction workers were walking around the exterior of the property. We were very disappointed. The least the property management team could have done was postpone construction during our stay.

This property was beautiful and secluded with lots of wildlife, we even had a bear visit late one night! Tons of turkeys and an awesome view from the hot tub.

We actually had a hard time finding it, because it was located behind a construction site. There was some kind of pest in our cabin that we could hear walking upstairs, it took maintenance 3-4 hours to come check it out. Other than that, everything else was good.

The property was clean and well equipped with plenty of starter supplies. There's enough to keep you busy if you decide to hang out - whether it's foosball, pool, the jacuzzi, or just sipping hot chocolate on the deck. And the 20 ft shower (which seemed like an exaggeration) is absolutely amazing.

The only minor downsides is that it took quite awhile for the jacuzzi to warm up. And the cable was spotty, but we weren't there to watch TV. The lighting in the kids bedroom can use some upgrading but, again, all of this is very minor. I also noticed that the property address doesn't register well with Google Maps. The house number is also different from what's provided. This cabin is located at the very end of a dead-end street and on a non-paved road. Hopefully they plan on paving the street sometime soon. With that said, we would definitely stay here again!

The workers would park directly in front of our door and they cut the wifi lines multiple times. This was super frustrating but we didn't let it ruin our trip!! Once construction is done, highly recommend this cabin!! Also, this cabin is in the PERFECT location to all surrounding places and activities. I would definitely use this company again.

The pictures were accurate from the website,the check in process was so easy and convenient. Maintenance was only needed once(ill be honest,I basically called them for the hot water for the jacuzzi in the bedroom but I wasn't using it correctly so it was for nothing)and they arrived promptly. They also came out promptly for trash pick-up. The house was beautiful, the view was amazing and everything worked as it should. We have no complaints and definitely plan on returning!
