excellent breakfast, very good location, and nice overall infra structure.

lacking of simpathy (most part of staff) specially during check in , shower leaking, flor mat missing.

I loved the main lobby and the room layout. I also appreciated the key activated elevator, which made me feel safe.

The Hotel in an ideal location, close to the airport. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport is a bonus if you are looking for a hassle free way of getting to a hotel before or after a flight. The room was comfortable, the process of checking in and out was fluid, whilst the brekfast was decent with a good range of food options. Location wise aside from being close to the aiport it's within short walking distance into the main central shopping area and it feels fairly safe and secure at all times of day. The staff were pleasant from door staff, reception, kitchen and cleaners, would highly recommend! Having stayed at one or two other hotels within Guarulhos previously, this hotel is definately the best, especailly in value for money.

Only small complaint was there were no additional pillows or blankets stored in the large wardrobe within our room.

the restaurant is awesome, but the food is very expensive. Also I didn’t check the frigobar and i had problems at checkout, because they said I consumed things that I didn’t.
